Although the flowers were very beautiful my delivery window they provide was not met, my brothers mass started at 9am and the window they provided for me was 8-8:30am The delivery guy was apologetic and I understood but I was frustrated at the lack of communication I had with candy the day of, including calling their shop when no one answered on 6 attempts. The worst part about it was that when I was providing details as to my brother's name etc for the banner, it was even spelled wrong !!! My own brothers name spelled wrong on his final farewell. BUT, the pricing and reviews of this funeral home were not reasonable. My next action was to check Yelp reviews for the nearest florist. Enter Vicky's Flowers. Their ordering system was a breeze. Their website had some great photos. It took a few minutes to get this processed. On the day of the event, I received a phone call confirming delivery. They were even great enough to text me photos of my finished arrangement. Their online system also send tracking details. I highly recommend this amazing florist. Coordination: There is a saying that if you didn't notice anything that means you had a good experience. Mostly for user experience in websites, but the same can be applied here. I'm an easily stressed out gal so I knew having a day-of-coordinator would be beneficial. There were logistics that were super important, but it would have never crossed my mind had Cindy not brought it to my attention. At the reception, Cindy and her team made sure to have it run as smoothly as it can. They took care of all the setup, communicated with the vendors, and cued us for the next event / activity so we could finish in a timely manner. UHM NOT what I ordered so I don't care cause it's in the trash now. Then was told they had to speak to their head person to check into a refund. Didn't hear back from then the next day. They don't provide any receipts either for your order. Don't trust this florist with your order and they have poor business practices.
