Due to ongoing renovations, patients were seated and treated in the hallway. While I understand that construction can create challenges, there was little to no effort made to maintain confidentiality. Doctors were openly discussing patients' medical conditions, concerns, and treatment plans within clear earshot of others. Sensitive health information should not be easily overheard in a public hallway setting. Is it not important that healthcare facilities have a responsibility to protect patient privacy, even during renovations. I hope the administration addresses this issue promptly to ensure patients feel safe, respected, and protected when receiving care.

No one is at he desk. 10 minutes in someone arrives. Great, fill out some forms and....nothing. No one comes in or out. Thirty minutes after my appointment, the first patient is called. At 45 minutes, post-appointment-time, with no hope in sight I leave. So despite having an appointment you can count on a minimum of an hour wait. Not ok.

I went to a women's center for the same exam, they sent a screening order, and prescribed me the SAME exact antibiotic - $5 at Walgreens with my insurance. Just go to Patient First and Walgreens.
