I would recommend if you are looking to store your belongings here. The staff are helpful and make the stay a pleasurable one. We also got given a surprise moving in gift in our room to welcome us in which was a nice touch. Along with storage rooms, they also offer lockups, workshops and offices to local businesses. As far as I am aware, this is the only self storage company in St Helens. Well done to all the staff!

They are the worst company with the most incompetent head office staff I have ever encountered. You can't trust them. I am making arrangements to use other storage facilities, and I wouldn't use or recommend LockStock to anyone after this repeated shambles!
