David was very thorough and talked us through the expectations for each item (some were sun-damaged and one had jean dye transfer) however we were delighted with the results. We were surprised to hear that many people do not clear a room when having a carpet cleaned and expect David to do this (I hasten to add, he was not complaining just saying how it adds to the time of a job) - come on people, give him a break and clear your rooms!
