David has recently taken over from Nick at Kleencare. David is very polite and considerate in the home and does an excellent job. We had one carpet, three sofas and four dining room chairs cleaned. David was very thorough and talked us through the expectations for each item (some were sun-damaged and one had jean dye transfer) however we were delighted with the results.
We were surprised to hear that many people do not clear a room when having a carpet cleaned and expect David to do this (I hasten to add, he was not complaining just saying how it adds to the time of a job) - come on people, give him a break and clear your rooms!
David said if once it was all dry we were not delighted with anything we could just call him and he would come back.
