This was the second time we had to move in three years. The first time was with another local company and the whole experience was horrendous. When we discovered we had to move again, we were mostly concerned about suffering similar headaches and damaged property like the first time. Thankfully this was not the case at all. Granted the price was slightly higher than we paid for the first move, but actually it was much cheaper, when you take into consideration the cost of damages. Initial contact was very positive and personable and price was competitive. Packing service was good. However, the day of the move and delivery was a disaster. My family were all left stranded when the delivery truck could not access the property which was discussed at initial meeting. Delivery drivers were instructed to leave us with no beds, clothing etc. After several frustrating phone calls, delivery was agreed for the next day. To this day, there has been no apology, no compensation and no response to any emails in relation to missing items. We would NOT recommend this removal company to anyone. The best least stressful move I've ever had 3 guys- really nice guys- packed up my stuff and bring it to my new house- brilliant customer service and really nice people on the phone especially Jamie. They didn't do any thing wrong. I suggest these strongly :) read more
