After getting fed up of waiting I google towing in the area and three popped up I went with ROAD AID because of its 5star rating but I was skeptical ... FROM THE MOMENT TONY answered he immediately put me at ease and heard me out and my frustration ... HE HAD A TRUCK TO ME WITHIN 10 mins & it only GOT BETTER FROM THERE!!!! Mike F. I don't remember the time when I spoke to him butt he was ready to pick my car up ahead of schedule!! by mistake I gave the wrong address! he didn't trip about it! he brought my car to me! he informed me thru conversation (he is a nice guy) that his wife rides with him. he put her on the phone I think she's just as sweet as he is! and she make pound cakes! (I got her card and will be ordering) I don't have much money, but this was definitely the best $125 I've ever spent!!!

They were on time, and not only beat me to the drop off location under 2 miles away, the car was already off the back of their truck and exactly where i'd asked him to leave it far up the driveway. Charged $150 plus a 10%!!! service charge for having to use a credit card (that's an additional 7% profit to them). He didn't even disclose the amount of the credit card surcharge to me. Only charged $30, no credit card surcharge, showed up in less than an hour and extremely polite. No doubt taken for a girly fool by TAC. Choose somewhere ethical.

After no updates for 2 hours, I texted asking if he will still be making it out. Mind you, this is road side assistance in Michigan winter weather. I see that he read the text, and get a message from State Farm saying that ZAD Towing will no longer be coming out for assistance. I then got a text from ZAD claiming State Farm removed the job from their list. If you need someone reliable, go elsewhere.
