They dragged me through all of the paperwork like I was a new client and forced me to take full X-rays and high def images of my mouth. I was reassured that my insurance would cover all of this. After about an hour the actual dentist came in to take a look and told me he had two options. Fill it in with the expectation of it coming out or doing two full crowns on my front teeth to ensure they would be the same color. The final bill for all the work was in the ballpark of $10,000! I laughed and told him that wouldn't be necessary and that I just wanted it filled. Naturally he didn't have the time to do so same day so an appointment was set up in a couple of days and they charged me the $36 for fill in the chip. I left. I got sick and canceled my appointment for the fill in but didn't request a refund at that time. I already had a bad feeling about this branch and the way Aspen was ran. I never called to rescheduled. Several days later I got a bill in the mail for those xray and high def images of my teeth that I did not request or need! I'm currently fighting with aspens billing department and my insurance to not have to pay for this as it was not requested and forced upon me during my visit. I also stated that they already charged me the $36 for work that was never completed and that I did not want completed. Still no answer on that refund. This place is a total scam and they simply want to drain your insurance and make you pay out of pocket. I think I'll keep my family dentistry and the excellent care I receive there. Patient Beware!

I saw Georgia the first time I had my teeth cleaned. Georgia dropped the suction apparatus on the floor. She picked it up off the floor, & put it directly back in my mouth. I told the front desk that I never wanted to see that hygienist again. The front desk person said that someone changed my appointment back to Georgia. I asked to speak to Dr. Salah. He was unable to talk to me as he was between patients. The manager Mindy came out & asked me if I would stay, I could get my teeth cleaned by Kim at 2PM, then I could talk to the dentist at that time. I was already told by the front desk person that if I waited until 2PM I could then get my teeth cleaned. Approximately 25 minutes later Mindy came out & told me that Kim couldn't stay, but she would have Dr. Salah call me as soon as he was done. All of this was done in front of other patients with no care being taken by the staff. By 6PM I tried calling but the practice was closed. I never recieved a call back from Dr. Salah. This dentist was refered to me by numerous family members. I still can't believe I was treated this way.
