Bad experience. Had an infected tooth for months that the dentist refused to acknowledge. He would not prescribe anything for infection, his only solution was extraction. I finally let him pull it, he threw it in the tray and walked away. The assistant picked it up and showed me the infection on the roots. I knew it was infected because the pain would go down when I took antibiotics for other conditions. I found a new dentist after that. They did a lot of repair work that had been neglected by the prior dentist. I've had a couple years of no dental pain after leaving this dentist. read more

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Corey Farber's dental practice here, but I'll try... His work has been excellent, starting with the least painful injections that I've ever had. He was able to save teeth that I thought were going to have to be pulled due to the poor work of a prior dentist (with only one needing a crown), and all the teeth he's worked on feel as though they've never needed a filling. If you dread getting the cleanings because of a combination of sensitive teeth and hygienists who seem sadistic, make sure you ask for Kim. She's willing to take the time to clean manually (sans sonic torture device), but very thoroughly. Even the office staff is so friendly and helpful that I've accidentally smiled while paying a bill! Out of the few dentists I've tried during my years (about 4 different ones) I find that they are not only the best, but have the friendliest and helpful staff I've come across. I like it when procedures get explained to you, or what they will be working on next. The care and patience given, to make sure your not in pain, helps relax me when I'm in that chair. Yes, I know no one loves going to the Dentist, especially me. I can say I hate it more than going to the doctors. I do like that they have flat screen tvs placed in all the patients rooms, which helps to keep your mind off things. Procedures have change since I was a little girl, and I find now its less painful (except in the pocket). When it comes to payment, they will work with you and devise a payment plan, if you go that route. They accept credit cards, checks and cash. I had a dental emergency on 4/16/2021 and my dentist was out of town; he didn't leave a number on his outgoing office message as to how to contact him or another dentist in case of an emergency. My husband found this dental office on the internet and they were able to see me on an emergency basis! The office staff, Thai, and Dr. Gagnon were kind, compassionate and very caring. Since I had had this problem in the past, albeit quite a few years ago, Dr. G's expert and efficient handling of it was very commendable! I was made to feel at ease, given a swab by Thai with an anesthetic on it to alleviate the pain prior to being seen by Dr. G. They were very patient-centered, listened to me and remedied my emergency situation in a very professional manner! read more

The attention to detail is outstanding at this office. The front desk is there to support any of your request. My teeth have never felt this clean. It was not Dr Farber that treated me it was Dr morris tried to get him to fix or correct a problem he made and both appt times I made after to get help he left me sitting there for 45 min both times.
