I've seen other terrible offices that are not as hygienic which is unfortunate because of the field they work in. I get my teeth cleaned by Cara and Dr. Ghada is so friendly all the time. I love going to this office. They are honest with me and Cara even shows me in the x-Ray machine where I can do better with flossing and areas I need to focus on, so I don't have to have deep cleanings as often. It's nice to finally have someone who cares about my health and prevents me from having to deal with gingivitis, or other types of problems just by paying more attention to my overall dental health. Dr. G walks me through the best options for what I need to get done. Most dentists are money hungry, but at Premier Dental Care, I feel like their main priority is my health and nothing more. There's no way I'll ever go to any other office. You would be wise to come here and let them take care of you, as they have for me these past few years. I don't even live in the area and I will still drive 45 minutes to be taken care of by them. Thanks for always taking care of me Premier Dental Care. You guys are the BEST!

When she finished, my bottom teeth were shaved (without my knowledge because I was completely drugged). 6 months later two of the teeth kept popping off. Ghada said "They are like roots you have to do maintenance." In six months, I thought to myself. The cherry on top was when one veneer fell off again 3rd time now and Ghada clearly aware that it was chipped glued it back on. They are CHEAP, DISHONEST do NOT know how to communicate, and they should be called DUMB and DUMBER. Once in the dental chair they tried to convince me to replace an additional 8 perfectly fine teeth! For aesthetics.. this is not a concern for me.. just my 2 that need replacing! The issue with this practice is more in their deceptive billing! The amount that I was quoted was higher than most other dental practices! I had gone to another dentist who advised me that if a dental practice is in your insurance network they are contractually obligated to charge an in-network amount! The office manager here is a relentless deceptive piece of work!! She acknowledged that this is what they are obligated to do, but she would not honor those in-network prices!! And if you choose a payment plan, they charge you differently based on the time frame of payback.. way too many other dentist out there and I wondered how much over billing they charge people who think this dental practice is good because of community word of mouth..

I've had to pay to finish my treatment somewhere else. I was going to wait until my treatment with my new provider was over, to tell my story, but I feel obligated to warn others of the damage this practice has done to my teeth, and many others teeth as well. I know that there is a good chance that my review will get removed, but that's ok, because I will join everyone local facebook group, and other social media platforms to tell my experience.
