I had an appointment at 1pm for an infected tooth, I sat patiently for 40 minutes as I watched 8 people go in front of me. I asked what the delay was and they apologized but then I continued to watch people keep going in. Terrible customer service and time management. I ended up walking out, no care for customers timing. A little disappointed at the lack of consideration this place had for me. I came in for pain in my tooth that was so bad I could barely eat or sleep, the dentist came in and checked it for not even 5 seconds and said I should go to a specialist- then charged me 65$ for not even being there 5 minutes. I went to another dentist and they fixed the issue right away, there was a popcorn kernels stuck deep in my gum.. would have been solved if she just took the time to look at me. Chair was dirty and covered in mud, kids running and screaming everywhere. They just want your $ and want to get more people in and out as fast as possible to make more $. :( read more

This is the best dentist I have ever been to the staff are amazing and friendly and always put me on an emergency cancellation wait list if I need too if they are a bit booked with appointments...after a cleaning they give you a tooth brush,two things of crest tooth paste,dental floss,and listerine I didn't even ask for it that's how nice they are.... they are all relatively young or atleast they all look young or just take really good care of themselves,very beautiful female staff that's always a plus,but you can tell they have amazing experience right from the get go and they always are full of smiles and are easy to talk to, I haven't seen one angry person in that building since I've been going there, I thought my insurance wasn't good enough so I stayed away for a dentist for years until I absolutely had to but fear is a big thing for me when it comes to dental work lol had bad experience with an old man dentist that was a savage on my teeth when I was little so i really didn't go until I had major tooth issues, but they made me very comfortable from the start so I'm very happy having them as my dental office of choice probably for the rest of my life to be honest lol if your in need of a dentist they will except you regardless of what your insurance.....
