The only disappointment - we weren't able to beat Brent's 9-day start-to-close record! The Capital Bank website and portal to support the loan process were also user friendly and quite good. If I have ever have home financing needs again I will be sure to look at Capital Bank again and/or call Brent Mendelson. Full disclosure - this is the second loan where I've worked with Brent (first was for first-time home buyer house purchase).
