There was also a covered entry which facilitated drop off and pick up without worry for inclement weather. And appreciated the very large parking lot to accommodate the many driving guests that came to the funeral we attended this past weekend. The facility was open and airy with very high ceilings which gave a feeling of spaciousness which was very important for some of us who do not want to feel crowded in during a time of grieving even if it is communal. The staff were very attentive and quietly present, overseeing and making sure guests knew where everything was. There was an excellent screen to facilitate photos being cycled of the deceased which helped guests feel connected through memories. There was a kitchen/table area where food could be handled and set up with coffee and tea available in addition to a water cooler. There was a side room with a couch for those who needed some quiet, family and elderly utilized that space. A cloak room made it easier to take off winter coats which made guests feel more welcome and comfortable. When we accidentally left our traveling bags behind in the cloak room we were able to reach the funeral director Julie Shim who stayed later to make sure we could pick up our suitcases for our travels early the next morning. Outstanding professionalism and customer care.

I received your call on December 29 that my daughter was about to be incubated at Northwestern Hospital in Chicago and at that moment I packed a bag and drove to Chicago and stayed until her passing on April 13, 2026 after Brittany was treated at Northwestern and rarely there was nothing more that could be done she had encephalitis and lymphoma cancer so for four months she fought a hard long battle . My daughter was transferred to Kindred North Hospital investigation, and only lasted a a few days there before she passed and when the time did come I contacted Doug originally and he said just call us when it happens and we'll pick her up and we'll deal with the money and everything later.. actually I couldn't call, but my cousin did make the phone call and then later after she passed, I was able to go online and complete all the pertinent information but he was very professional and when I did pick up the Urns he made it a priority to come out and meet me and offer his condolences very professional service. The only complaint I had was the lady who took care of us seemed a bit cold, but I guess in that type of business you become cold well perhaps that happened to her she didn't offer condolences nothing just let's get this business over with. If I asked a question she didn't know she didn't even try to find answer.I Again I am horrible with names, but this young lady was very compassionate and helpful I was unsure if I was going to be able to drive back to Tennessee or have to fly and she provided me with a free box to ship the urn. irregardless if I ever had to use them again, I would. I live in Tennessee so it's not going to happen, but that was my only daughter who died at age 29. Doug, appreciate your outstanding service and your personal effect on your company. I mean job well done..

I have family in the indoor mausoleum. It's also peaceful and quiet and it's always nice to visit them there. The indoor mausoleum has quite a few interesting stained glass art pieces. I've ventured into the main part of the cemetery a few times to attend funerals and visit graves. Any time I need help, the office has been so quick to help. If it's possible to love a cemetery, then I'm absolutely in love with All Saints!

They spelled my mom's name wrong in the paperwork and were very nonchalant about it and offerred no apology. This was when I went to the office to sign paperwork on the day of my mother's funeral. Even after it was corrected and the paperwork presented to me again, they had her name wrong in one place. I was told it didn't matter. Well it mattered to me - this was my mother! You'd think that dealing with grieving families every day they could show a bit more compassion. I know it's their job and their every day, but I had experienced very nice people in other places on this journey (funeral home for example) that knew how to show compassion with warmth and good humor. I don't think the people working there are necessarily in the right jobs. I am not in need of a great deal of comforting nor am I prone to hysterics... just maybe don't spell my mother's name wrong and act like it's inconsequential. I don't particularly care for the glass front niches but that was our choice and made for some family reasons but the whole experience left me with a bad taste. I didn't price compare as it was where her grandparents were and I recognize it's a business but I question whether I should have just had her sit on my mantle.
