My car was driving perfectly fine when I brought it to DAS Performance. After having work done there, I left with my vehicle and now my car won't even start. I'm also dealing with additional warning messages/issues that were not happening before I brought the vehicle in. What is especially frustrating is that I trusted this shop with my vehicle expecting to leave with it in better condition, and instead I'm now dealing with a car that cannot even start. I'm not here to argue with anyone or tell people what decision to make. I'm simply sharing my personal experience so people can do their own research before taking their vehicle there. Please ask questions, document everything, and get a second opinion before authorizing repairs. I wish I had done more of that beforehand. I will be documenting what happened, including the work performed and the issues that occurred afterward, because I believe customers deserve to know exactly what they're getting into. I live around the corner and didn't drive my car again until Monday. Tire pressure light came on (TPMS). Acura sends a vehicle health report each month, now the report indicates an issue with the TIre pressure sensore. It's either needs to be replaced or 1 needs adjusted. Tuesday went in for them to reset the light. They didn't have a TPMS reset device for 1 & did another reset which didn't work. Was told it will go our once it's driven. We'll didn't happen. Called back and was told my car doesn't have a sense. REALLY DUDE! So my husband took the vehicle back and showed them the report. They were trying to charge us to correct something they messed up and didn't have knowledge about. Plus they lied saying they check my tires and filled to factory recommendations. They forgot I can see on my phone Mt tire pressure among other things. Just flat out lied to us. I DO JOT RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR TIRES FROM THEM. It's a shame because Lola was great in assisting me but she lost 2 customers because of their poor service and just out right lie to us about what they've done.

The car was not even at the location when I came to pick it up, and all the rims were scratched to pieces like they took it for a joy ride. they didn't even have the inspection sticker to put on the car after paying them for all the work they said needed to be done in order to pass. then had the audacity to say "you have 14 days to come back and get the sticker". They failed the tires, and when I picked up the car, put tires on that had VISIBLE HOLES AND DAMAGE, and were dirty like they came from a dumpster. They then had the audacity to say "nobody has ever complained before". I asked over and over for them to even just merely take a look at the trash tires they installed, and they refused.
