After my session, I noticed that many areas were completely missed and not treated at all. The whole appointment felt rushed and careless, and the results were very poor with almost no visible improvement. I contacted the manager to explain the issue, but instead of trying to help or offer a solution, she kept giving excuses about how their staff are "all professionals" and that it's "impossible" for them to miss any areas -- as if she was actually in the room during my session. What disappointed me even more was that she didn't even offer for me to come back to fix the missed areas. This is actually the second time I've had the exact same issue with this place, but because I already paid upfront, I feel stuck and unable to do much about it. My biggest mistake was paying in advance for 6 sessions. Otherwise, I would have stopped going there a long time ago and gone somewhere else that actually deserves the money and provides proper service and results. They insisted I had been given an Agnes treatment during this current treatment & then switched to my previous visit. That is completely false. This service was only discussed and recommended to me during my most recent appointment--and I clearly declined it because I want to wait and see my results first. Instead of correcting their error, I was told it was a "miscommunication" and that they would zero out the facial and exosomes I currently have on my account to cover a charge for a service I did not receive. Taking away services I already paid for to cover their mistake is unacceptable. This feels dishonest and extremely unprofessional.
