I really didn't think anything would work. The extra weight started causing all kinds of health problems. I went to go see Dr. Stephen's at Salish Ketamine and he got me back on track. He wanted to find the cause of my fatigue and not only did I get amazing weight loss results from Tirzepatide, he was thorough and ordered bloodwork to check my hormone levels, thyroid, BMP, etc. I started exercising regularly and started having more energy. Since starting my weight loss journey in July, I have lost 30 lbs and I look and feel the best I have felt in 10 years. My knee pain went away, my sciatica is gone, and that is just the tip of the iceberg. I am so grateful to Dr. Stephen's @ Salish Ketamine for helping me look and feel my best.

What they say about WW (aka Weight Watchers) is true. "It works!". In the old days, you had to…read moretrack your food by writing everything down. That was always my downfall.. I would fall off the wagon after a meal or two but now it's so easy! They have an app and you just swipe to enter your foods and you are also able to scan bar codes on any foods to see what their point value is. Also you do NOT need to attend meetings and can do it 100% in the comfort of your own home. But if you are like me, there are meetings where you have a room full of mostly ladies who are extremely supportive and you can listen to a leader who has been through and succeeded doing the program themself talk about the topic of the week. You can weigh in there and the weigh in (weekly) is private. The ladies who do the weighing are the sweetest on earth! My first week I didn't know what to expect. I knew I followed the program 100% but I didn't necessarily feel like I had lost anything and with my relationship with my scale at home being what it is, I could also have gained! When she told me I had lost 4.6 lbs, I started crying! I was pretty much in shock! Each week since then I have continued to lose . Expected loss with WW is 1-2 lbs per week. In the meetings, you can sit and listen (which is mainly what I do) or you can talk but no one will twist your arm. Sometimes they give samples :) and at almost every class, they pull names out of a sack and give away small prizes. I have heard ALL the leaders are great, I have only been to two different days so far and both were great! If I had time I would go to more meetings! Well if you are reading this, I wish you luck and maybe I will see you at a meeting one day! I almost forgot to mention, you can eat just about anything and still be on the program! You are given "points" based on your weight, height etc. I personally would rather eat stuff that fills me up but if I want a burger and fries I can do it and not be cheating at all! Typically I will stick to a certain routine and spend some extra points on the weekends on big breakfast type foods. Well good luck!!

As a coach and trainer, I was frustrated with the "walls" we all hit when it comes to getting our behaviors in line with our desires. Hypnosis looked like the key to pass through the door of those walls. I met with her within days and signed up to take the class. She helped me explore the fit, and then helped me feel confident and committed to my new path. It turned out to be so much more important to me than I could have known. You don't just take a class to learn a skill with Erika--you become part of your own healing, part of the 5-Path family, and gain the ability to help others find their best self, too. This experience has changed the course of my life--not by giving me a new path, but by aligning me back to my true self, my own path. My classmates from all over the country traveled the path with me as our knowledge and skills grew, and I thank them all from my heart for sharing their journey with me, too.
