This clinic is incredibly dysfunctional and I feel obligated to write a review. I began by seeing…read moreSarah, who I felt fine with at first. After seeing her quite a few times, her bedside manner was consistently lacking. When I wasn't following her guidelines to a T, she referred me to her husband which seems like quite the norm according to other reviews. Her husband was nice enough, but tried to use scare tactics on me about a health issue that he and I were attempting to work on, but wasn't responding to any sort of medication. And he had the audacity to use those scare tactics on me. Let me just reiterate that. I was already feeling discouraged about my health problem and I was going to this provider for help. I was complying, trying multiple medications that I could not afford, doing the lifestyle changes they recommended, and they felt as though I was not taking it seriously and made me feel awful about myself. Every time I saw Sarah after that, she was extremely hostile with me and would not give me the time of day. As a practice they are completely untrustworthy. I have a friend who have brought in their infant and were given the wrong vaccine. I have friends that have also attempted to seek care from this office and also felt like they were not given the time of day or talked down to. Not only does she talk down to patients, Sarah also talks down to the support staff. And like several other reviews, getting a referral sent was a nightmare. And calling to the office is a nightmare. To get to the point, I don't trust these providers and I will never return to Fairhaven Integrative Health and I strongly do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Kelsi Irvin is fantastic! This is an old house turned into Holistic Healthcare. Unlike most…read moretraditional doctors, you get the extensive time and care necessary to address the patient as a whole instead of treating symptoms with prescriptions. Office staff was helpful and kind. My initial appointment lasted over two hours and Dr. Irvine was caring, compassionate and listened. You could tell is was a sincere listening and skillful assessment and diagnosis We then made a plan for treatments. She was able to work with my PCP and obtain any needed blood labs through her office. This helped reduce out-of- pocket expenses tremendously. I was able to find the prescribed supplements at a better price online, some items were pricey. The only drawback is parking. There is a very tiny lot behind the building but only a few cars can fit and you may get boxed in. Street parking is available and depending on time of day, may be harder to find. Online paperwork and scheduling is available, there can be a long wait to be seen initially, but return visits are scheduled quickly.

I called in July and scheduled an appt. for August. Well I got covid. I called 5 days before that appt. and left it at that. a few months later I get a bill from a collections agency for $200.00. They said it was for late cancellations. I called the clinic and was told there was nothing they could do for me. I plan on hiring an attorney to fight this. I would rather pay a lawyer $200 then these conniving doctors. This is such dishonest business practice. They will NEVER get a cent of my money. If they care this much about money, what will they prescribe me that is unnecessary just to make money.

Dr. Steinberg's diagnosis and treatment regimen cleared it up after the "western" doctors could not give me anything. I told him I had a rash on my private area and that a few other doctors already confirmed what it was. He insisted on looking at it anyways. He brought me into a small room and told me to take off my pants & underwear in front of him. Normally, even with my female gynecologist they give me a courtesy minute to let me undress while they wait outside and give me a sheet to put over me and then come back in and look. I told him I wasn't comfortable taking off my clothes in front of him, if he could please wait outside. He rolled his eyes and went outside the door. He was getting impatient and said "are you done yet!?" I let him in and he looked at it and said he didn't know what it was and told me to put my clothes back on, in front of him...anyways...later back in his office we talked about using certain creams down there and he mentioned that I could put it on my finger and insert it into my rectum...I don't know...the whole appointment made me feel really uncomfortable. I had other girl friends that saw him and said he made inappropriate comments to them. Women be careful!
