History
Established in 2012.
I struggled with balanced eating my whole life. Living with eczema woke me up to how this imbalance affected other systems in my body.
By learning about my Ayurvedic mind-body type, and how many of my digestive issues stemmed from my habits, a few specific foods, and my mindset, I've discovered solutions. It's a long road, but I have more energy, feel less heavy, and have a deeper, clearer understanding of how my choices affect my health.
I loved it so much that I became a practitioner!
Digestion is the foundation of health. When it's working optimally, all the organs and systems of the body are supported. When it's not, these imbalances build up and overflow to other parts of the body, causing secondary symptoms. It truly can be EASY and SIMPLE to balance these issues. That's why I focus on digestion. It's also the easiest system in the body to treat, giving the quickest turnaround for results.

Meet the Business Owner: Isabel C.
Isabel Castro is a certified Ayurveda Health Practitioner, recognized by the National Ayurveda Medical Association.
While getting her B.A. from Humboldt State University, Isabel became familiar with the power behind multi-disciplinary education, as well as the importance of sustainability.
After traveling the world exploring organic farms, sustainable living, permaculture, indigenous cultures, and herbal medicine, she discovered that Ayurveda distilled the core of her findings into one complete, holistic science.
She studied for 3 years at the California College of Ayurveda, including a 9-month supervised clinical internship.
With Ayurveda's simple, easy to understand framework, she could finally explain the cause of common symptoms, their remedies, and how to maintain balanced health.
She brings insight, humor, & creativity into her work, as she creates custom programs to address each client's goals. Healing doesn't have to be hard. You don't have to do it alone.
