This was my first time getting lip fillers, which I decided to do 1 year prior to my wedding. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist and I waited for less than 10 minutes. The woman (I think her name was Amber?) who escorted me to my room and set up my lip numbing, questionnaire, etc was so kind and personable. She eased all my nerves and made me so comfortable. Emily greeted me, kindly and professionally (also I got the vibe that she is a very chill person who cares so much about her career)-- she asked what I wanted. I deferred to her judgement-- I said do what you want, just make them juicy but not like a duck. She did exactly that. I am now a week since receiving the filler and I am in love. This was all my face needed. Emily did a PERFECT job with minimal pain. She asked for my permission to record the session, to which I agreed (I don't care if people see! I'm proud of filler!) After, she did NOT try to sell me on anything else. She thanked me, gave me directions for care, provided an ice pack and exited gracefully. Afterwards, I started to feel faint (I unfortunately always faint when I get needles stuck in me), I told Amber this and she laid the bed down for me and let me rest until I was back to consciousness. I am 100% going back here. The price was absolutely fair. If you do go, please use my name as a referral!

I have also…read morebeen getting hydrafacials for over 10 yrs at multiple locations and have NEVER had an issue (and I am not on any medication or new/active products) I always come out with glowing skin looking better than I went in. I made the appt and verified the cost would be $149. I did agree to add dermaplaning to my service but was not made aware of any additional charges beyond that, or the cost. I think this may have been a miscommunication because I had a $100 birthday coupon I was planning to use but regardless asked what the cost of the service was...period (not after my coupon). That is also why I agreed to the additional dermaplaning. I reiterated before the service that my skin is sensitive and at the time had some clogged pores but only one active breakout. I left with red raw bumpy dry skin. I called immediately after the service to complain and asked for someone to call me also to discuss the $249 I was charged. I reached out thru Klara multiple times as well as sent multiple pics. The entire left side of my face was covered with large painful red bumps and breakouts. I did hear back once from the person that performed the service indicating it could be from the heat and should be better by the next day. Unfortunately things did not get any better the next day and I did not receive a call like I was told she would or message asking how it was. Would not recommend and will definitely not go back. Besides the fact my skin look significantly worse,,,I feel the costs were not upfront and transparent. Update :I had to see a dermatologist today because of the severe redness/irritation/discomfort. I left a message with the office again and have still not heard back from anyone

When I called to book my breast augmentation consult the office staff was very friendly and…read moreknowledgeable. It ended up being about a 6 week wait to get a consult. I went to the Paramus, NJ office. The office is adorable and everyone is very welcoming. I brought my boyfriend with me into the exam room where Dr. Gartner talked us through material options, incision points, sizes, and the process of the surgery. He stopped frequently to allow for questions and answered fully and thoughtfully. He let me take my time trying on different sized implants under my shirt. Nothing needs to be decided that day, its more a day for you to explore your options. Afterwards, Vicki took me to a private room to discuss the financial part of the surgery and my time line. I scheduled right away about 6 weeks out, $1,000 was due to set all the appointments and book the surgery. I walked out of my consult with my pre-op and surgery date. Pre-op was short and sweet. Mostly going over the procedure and making sure I fully understood what was expected of the doctor, staff, and myself. At that point I had my bloodwork done so they gave me all my prescriptions. I paid the remaining balance on my care credit account that day. The day of surgery went exactly as expected, no surprises. My boyfriend drove me, they have a nice waiting area with coffee and tv for your guest. I came in got started with before photos, then immediately got started with the nurse and anesthesiologist. I woke up feeling some pressure but very little pain if any. I went home in a bandage and my folder with detailed post-op instructions. I did get all the prescribed medications however did not take the painkillers, I got through it with just Tylenol. It was extremely painful, for about 3 weeks. Even still, I had my surgery on a Thursday and returned to my office job that Monday. I came in for a few post-op appointments. You'll probably want the reassurance the first few weeks/ months to make sure every little thing is "normal" and to keep an eye on the incisions. These appointments are at no additional cost. Six months later, I am so happy with the results. I started at approximately 190 cc's (34A) added 300 cc silicone implants brought me to a Victoria's Secret 34D. The scars are about an inch and becoming very faint. It took a few months but they feel soft and real. Dr. Gartner's office was there for me every step of the way!

I feel like an idiot. The whole office is incompetent. The right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. They gave me conflicting information. When I questioned Dr Gartner about this I got the equivalent of a shoulder shrug.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Breslow and his entire staff. I had a breast augmentation…read morewith 445cc silicone implants and GalaFLEX mesh on April 15th, and I am honestly even happier with my results than I thought I would be. Dr. Breslow came highly recommended to me by a friend. I had originally considered consulting with another surgeon as well, but after my consultation with him, I knew I didn't need to. I knew he was going to be my surgeon. One of the things I appreciated most about Dr. Breslow was that he really listened to what I wanted. I knew I wanted larger implants and told him I wanted to go as large as my frame would reasonably allow without looking ridiculous. I was a little worried I would end up with a surgeon who would try to talk me into going smaller or push their own idea of what would look best. Dr. Breslow didn't do that. He listened to me, understood exactly what I was trying to achieve, and somehow made it look even better than I had pictured. The size and placement are perfect for my body, the shape is beautiful, and the symmetry is incredible. He also never made me feel rushed. He took his time answering all of my questions and educating me about the procedure and what to expect. He is extremely knowledgeable, but explains everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident in what you're doing. His staff is just as amazing. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, but I especially have to mention Oliwia. She was incredibly helpful throughout my recovery and was always there when I had a question or concern. There were several times I emailed her during recovery and she would respond within hours, if not sooner. I never felt like I was on my own trying to figure out whether something was normal. I was really nervous about the pain and recovery before surgery, and Dr. Breslow and his staff did a great job of easing those nerves and making the whole process feel manageable. Everything from my first consultation through surgery and my post-op appointments went so much more quickly and smoothly than I expected. I'm not even four months post-op yet, so I know my results will continue to settle and change over the next year, but they already look incredible. My scars are healing beautifully, and I am SO happy that I chose to have the GalaFLEX internal bra. With larger implants, I was concerned about them dropping too much over time, and so far the mesh has held everything in place beautifully. What I didn't expect was how much of a confidence boost this surgery would give me. I knew I wanted it and I knew I would be happy to finally have breasts, but I genuinely did not realize how much better I would feel about my body afterward. If one of my friends asked me who she should see for a breast augmentation, I would tell her not to waste her time consulting with anyone else. Dr. Breslow is truly a master at what he does. He listens to what YOU want and has the skill and experience to make it happen while still making sure the result fits your body. I trusted him completely, and I would choose him again without hesitation.

Dr. Zapiach has a talent for assessing what may need improvement, while also being quite honest about what he thinks may be too much or won't look good. He spent added time balancing out my jawline, which I was so happy he did! He similarly did a great job balancing out one of my son's colleague's face, which she is extremely happy with. After the surgery he called that evening to check up on me. I had a follow up appt the next day. I've seen him 2 more times since the surgery once to remove the stitches. Although I didn't do a ton of research of what the healing would be like because I didn't want to chicken out and not do the surgery. I expected to look completely healed in 2 weeks from all the photos online. This is not the case. I'm in my mid 50's and healing takes longer. He told me I would be swollen for a while but that it will gradually go down which it is doing. Since I'm still healing I can't say how it will look in the end. As others have said, the doctor is very positive and says everything looks as it should at this stage. He is very serious about what meds to avoid a whole month before surgery.
