Please think twice before choosing Steve Noufer or Penny Brown to represent you legally. They are inefficient, incompetent and unwilling to do the work it takes to obtain a successful resolution to any dispute. Steve told me once " I don't make any money with cases like yours so I shouldn't even waste my time". I should have let him go at that point but was injured and vulnerable and didn't know my rights. I believe the way he and Penny handled my case was unethical and immoral. They treated me with disrespect. They failed to follow through in almost every aspect of my case, and they caused me a great deal of stress by not representing me aggressively as promised. Now, they are placing a lien on any future settlement I do receive. I write this review as a warning for anyone considering hiring these attorneys. Please take your time and do your homework. I am so grateful to Steve Noufer and his team. They have instilled my faith in lawyers and the entire legal profession. Several years ago my brother suffered a serious head injury on the job, and remain unconscious for some time.
