This post seems suspicious given it's timing, content, and "Jessica O" has no other Yelp posts or Yelp Friends. Unfortunately this is fairly common practice for restaurants, salons, etc even though it dilutes the integrity of the Yelp platform. It's a bit surprising that this type of behavior would also come from a legal entity. Admittedly, this does feel a bit petty to point out, but I initially used Yelp to decide to work with the Wong Leong Cuccia office. I trusted the existing posts to choose a lawyer, but I wasn't thoroughly vetting each review. This platform is meant to help us see past a company's own branding/marketing/sales material so that we get a genuine sense of how business was actually conducted with other customers. Maybe Jessica O is a real person, but its suspect that the review was not written without some sort of incentive from the legal office directly.... or potentially from someone internally.

Michael, who looks to have just graduated high school, made over 30 mistakes on my case. BAD mistakes. But much worse than that, he chronically over-billed me for 2 years, to the tune of many, many thousands of dollars. (3 hours billed to type a paragraph? Really?) When it finally became to much to bear, I asked to do a thorough accounting of my billing. I was told that everyone just went home sick and no one could talk to me. The next day they withdrew as my attorneys. I talked to Michael and he ADMITTED he had over-billed me $10k+, and I RECORDED IT! Here is some transcript from our trial. (ME) Q. "And what did you say when I accused you?" (MICHAEL COLLINS) A. "I said, Jason, I'm willing to admit that some of the billing may have been overbilling, but I expected you to pay it."
