Michael, who looks to have just graduated high school, made over 30 mistakes on my case. BAD mistakes. But much worse than that, he chronically over-billed me for 2 years, to the tune of many, many thousands of dollars. (3 hours billed to type a paragraph? Really?) When it finally became to much to bear, I asked to do a thorough accounting of my billing. I was told that everyone just went home sick and no one could talk to me. The next day they withdrew as my attorneys. I talked to Michael and he ADMITTED he had over-billed me $10k+, and I RECORDED IT! Here is some transcript from our trial. (ME) Q. "And what did you say when I accused you?" (MICHAEL COLLINS) A. "I said, Jason, I'm willing to admit that some of the billing may have been overbilling, but I expected you to pay it." OVERBILLING IS STEALING. Micheal was awful to deal with. He is condescending and smug and completely lacks integrity. I called David Cain FOUR separate times, to discuss the chronic over-billing and mistakes. He never returned my call. Not once. These low-lifes have the nerve to call themselves "The Lawyers with Heart'" More appropriate would be "The rat-bastard lawyers that make you realize why people hate lawyers!"
