Right away you can tell this place is well run. The energy is welcoming, the staff actually cares, and the community vibe is real -- competitive but still friendly. Pickleball-wise, it's stacked. 8 indoor courts that are clean, permanent, and play great, plus 7 outdoor courts if you want fresh air. Runs are organized, people know how to play, and they're always hosting tournaments and competitive events, which I really appreciate as someone who plays a lot. Outside of pickleball, the gym setup is legit. Full cardio and strength equipment, unlimited group classes like yoga, barre, and more. Locker rooms are clean, with showers, sauna, and steam room -- clutch after long sessions. Pro shop is fully stocked and the staff is always down to help with gear or questions without being pushy. Small thing but funny -- they even added a ping pong table, which kinda says everything about the vibe here. Functional, fun, and community-first. When it turned out that our team would not be able to do post-season due to other team members' unavailability for the summer the business would not refund what we paid. They offered a temporary position on another team which we didn't want. We just wanted a refund for the fees for something that we did not receive. Other families who hadn't paid yet weren't required to pay, but because we had already paid, they somehow thought we did not need to be treated equally. They continually denied a refund. Lesson learned, it will cost you a thousand dollars to be prompt, in the future don't pay until the very last minute.

Instead of explaining the policy, he was RUDE, dismissive, and made us feel uncomfortable. When we asked about a guest pass, he bluntly said no. After we came back with a buddy pass, he laughed in our faces. We were also never informed there was a $10 option to attend, which we would have happily paid. We ultimately left and went to 24 Hour Fitness using my daughter's membership, and had the complete opposite experience--staff and instructor were welcoming and professional. Time to change gyms.

The person at the desk did not explain the rule in a respectful way. Instead, she made us feel like our business was not wanted. What we heard was "your money is not good here." We were not asking for something unreasonable. We were offering to pay more for a guest who would not even participate in badminton. A simple "sorry, that is the policy" would have gone a long way, but instead we were treated with attitude and dismissal. If this is how management truly wants staff to handle customers, it is poor business. If not, then they should reconsider who they trust to be the first point of contact. Either way, the message we got loud and clear is that customers are not valued here.
