My mother went in to pick up my sister's birthday cake on August 11th and was told they couldn't locate her cake. When a manager came to the counter, she was told they couldn't match the cake to the debit card. She was able to show proof of her online order and payment made, and the manager REFUSED to honor the order. The manager even admitted that they were having trouble with their online ordering. After a few minutes of back and forth, my mom was forced to buy a new cake. The customer service in this location is an absolute disgrace. read more

Visited this location since I was going to be in the area. Locations are pretty much setup the same. Parking: yes Atmosphere: bright and charming Service: good. *I noticed that each location flavors selections are different. Selection: I ordered the bundtinis to watch my calorie/sugar intake. These are perfect! Just enough! Per a website a bundtini is about 229 calories with 24 grams of sugar. Smh I can't win!!! I loved how they added the flavor key. This location had the confetti flavor which was ok; they also had the snickerdoodle flavor which I absolutely loved!! I wish I had selected more than two then again, my waist can't afford more! I eat one bundtini every few days quilt free. Overall I enjoyed my bundtinis. How I wish they offered sugar free cakes. Enjoy! read more

Once again I ordered 2 dozen bundtinis. I had them for Easter 2023. I just went to pick up my order. They have a great system for pick up A person greets you outside. Gives you a card to fill out: Time pick up Name Cell phone number Soon after your order is brought out. Customers are also welcomed to browse inside I highly recommend this place. So I registered, got my online coupon the very next month, coincidently, and stopped by to check it out. A beautiful selection of bundt cakes, all with cream cheese icing. YUM!! I walked in to this place a couple days before buying the cake and it was so cute inside and also smelled amazing! I got a Mother's Day Bundt the day before and it tasted so delicious! This place is heavenly! The air is sweet and the staff was just as sweet! Excellent, curteous and helpful. So many flavors took choose from and they are all so tasty. Lemon will always be my favorite! Blueberry, carrot, white chocolate raspberry, devils food, chocolate,... all very tasty. Be sure to sign up for emails so you will get emailed coupons/ specials. Just be sure to pick you closest location because the coupons are not interchangeable between locations. I believe they put the same icing on all the cakes, I would love an alternative like cream cheese or chocolate. I will definitely be returning. I really recommend going here because there is three sizes in bundt cakes and they are not expensive at all, they're about 4.50 but totally worth it. We normally grab 4 at a time. The bundt cakes taste so moist and yummy.It doesn't matter which one you get. We typically like the carrot, raspberry lemon, pecan, chocolate chip, blueberry (if they have it) Right when you walk in you just feel so welcomed from the whole theme inside the store. I also love that they have so many varieties of flavors. Sometimes they offer seasonal flavors that are there for a limited time, like the salted caramel, which by the way is delicious!! I've been here twice and so far have really enjoyed everything I've ordered. The first time I went was because I got a promotional bundlet. I got the white chocolate raspberry and it was absolutely delicious. Recently I ordered the marble version, the carrot cake and the pumpkin. The pumpkin was the perfect amount of 'spice' and the carrot cake was great! Very moist. The marble was also good. I'm excited to go back and try other fruit varieties as I really enjoyed the raspberry. The arrow itself is very cute, they have a lot of small hostess / birthday gifts and accessories like candles and such. They always have samples out and the staff is super friendly. I wish I had pictures to go with this review, but my family turned into a bunch of vacuums and INHALED these cakes. I have had a variety of items from Nothing Bundt Cakes and each has been delicious! We did a dozen Bundtinis (bite size) to sample the variety and they all pop with exceptional flavor. It's important to note that bringing the cakes to room temperature enhances that flavor, but keeping them refrigerated until consumption ensures a longer shelf life. The top flavors we, personally, have enjoyed so far are the raspberry white chocolate, strawberries and cream, and PB chocolate. The latter 2 are seasonal flavors. My husband even begged me get him a few Bundlets (personal size cakes) to enjoy because by himself because he loved them so much and will miss them when they are gone. Some tips: keep your eyes peeled to find out what new flavor will be coming each month and sign up for emails so you get notifications and a free cake on your birthday! Enjoy! read more

Jeannie, the owner, personally delivered the cake and then sent me a text to confirm it was received at the door by my Dad. These are the best "cupcakes" that my family and I have ever tried. The icing is decadent and the cake itself is so moist and rich. There's not a flavor that we have tried that we didn't like and we've had them all! My favorite is the red velvet. I ordered 7 boxes of buntinis and a large cake for my very small I Do BBQ and my 20 guests ate almost all of the 84 buntinis. WHAT!?
