My family and I visited this location on Friday, July 10, at around 6:00 PM, shortly before closing. We placed our order through the Uber Eats app for pickup, although you can also order directly through the bakery's app. I recommend downloading their app and signing up for the rewards program so you can earn points on your purchases. Their Bundt cakes are always incredibly moist, fresh, and delicious. One thing I really enjoy is that they offer a Featured Flavor of the Month, which is available for a limited time. I've tried several of their flavors over the years, and I was especially excited to finally try the Cinnamon Roll Bundt Cake before it disappeared from the menu. For this visit, we ordered three Cinnamon Roll Bundt Cakes and one Oreo Cookies & Cream Bundt Cake. Our order was packaged neatly and ready when we arrived, making the pickup process quick and convenient. As always, the cakes were moist, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. The Cinnamon Roll flavor was a wonderful seasonal treat, and the Oreo Cookies & Cream cake was just as enjoyable. It made for the perfect dessert for our family. This location is situated in a busy shopping plaza, so parking can be a little tight since it's surrounded by several other popular businesses. However, the excellent service, convenient pickup, and consistently delicious cakes make it well worth the visit. I ordered a gluten free birthday cake to be picked up on Saturday, May 9. When I arrived at the store, there were 2 people sitting outside in front of the store. It was 105 degrees in the shade. They told me that all orders had to be picked up outside. There was only one customer inside the store and no other customers waiting outside. I said it was too hot to wait outside, and I walked inside the store. The clerk behind the counter told me that all orders had to be picked up outside. I said,"Fine! But it's too hot to wait outside and you have no one else waiting to pick up an order!" After about 5 minutes, one of the clerks emerged from the back of the store with my order. He then said I had to follow him back outside to get my order. When I did that, he said I had to get on the other side of their table that was set up - cream cheese frosting in 105 degree heat and still no other customers in sight - seriously??? I have ordered 3 or 4 cakes from this location in the past, always for delivery without a problem. This time I ordered a cake last week for delivery to my parents home on 4/9 for delivery between 2-2:30. I had asked my mom to stay home during that time period. By 2:45 the cake had still not arrived so my mom opened the door to find it sitting on the porch in 95 degree heat. The delivery driver did not ring the doorbell, knock, or call. I phoned the store to inform them what happened as I incorrectly believed they would want to know that their cakes were being left outside in high temperatures. I spoke to the manager Kailey (sp)? and she apologized but stated they recently changed delivery services to uber eats and it was completely outside their control. I asked her to please pass on the information to the franchise owner who may want to rethink this change given the extreme temperatures in Arizona and the disregard for the customer and product utilizing uber eats. Kailey said this was not new feedback but again "was out of their control." I would not recommend using Nothing Bundt Cakes and the delivery option. read more

My husband and I got ourselves buntlets. My carrot cake was dry and tasted stale. The texture was also off. I always get the carrot cake, so maybe this was an off day with baking. I tasted my husband's chocolate cake and it was fresh and soft. I took my buntlet back within the hour to exchange it. I explained the situation to the first worker. She told me I ate some of it so she had to see if she can exchange it. I said "How else would I know it's stale?". She got the manager and I explained the situation again. My experience at Nothing Bundt cakes was pretty good! I went in wanting to use a buy one get one coupon I got at work. Unfortunately, the first day I went in they didn't have a gluten free bundt cake (the only one I can eat). They only have one GF flavor, so I really think it should be something they try to have available at all times! The person working told me they'd have it the next day, so we decided to leave empty handed and return the next day. This time I called ahead to be sure they had it! They did. I went in again and there was a different person working - she was friendly and quick to help me! I got a gluten free chocolate chip bundtlet and a white chocolate raspberry bundtlet. Can I just say when I walked in today not only was I greeted with the biggest smile from Cassandra, but it smelled AMAZING. She offered one of their yummy peanut butter samples that was so moist and delicious. With one dollop of frosting it was perfect and I knew instantly I was buying one of the bundtlets in that flavor. We talked a few more minutes about their flavors and if I'd been to one of the locations before. SOOOOO happy this is in surprise! Luckily discovered they were open from a friend who catered them for her daughters birthday. I was so excited to grab some bundt cakes for myself the next day. You get what you pay for! They have THE BEST cakes. They are perfectly moist and the icing is incredible. Their recipes are very unique and I have not had a baked good item like this. Their store has a boutique vibe to it. They have a bunch of themes items for sale, very cute. They have a punch card so the after you purchase 12 the 13th cake is free. Two cakes are $9.00. I had mine over a two day period. You could definitely split one between two people and be completely satisfied. They currently have their soft opening.
