Hopefully people make a concerted effort to drop in because after my visit today, I'm sold on the quality and the customer service. They had about a dozen flavors available today, They are pre-packaged in cups, but made in-house and are vegan friendly; I chose the caramel macchiato. It takes a couple of minutes to thaw enough so you can eat it, but once you are able to get a spoonful, the flavor bursts through. The owner Sarah asked for my feedback on all aspects of her product and gave me hearty sample of a new peach cobbler that she was introducing for the first time. Another winner! The shop although small has about 6 tables for seating and a few other snacks and beverages are available. Great product and great customer service.

When I checked out, the woman told me that she didn't have the pennies to find me change…read more There was no sign around the register stating that change would not be found for customers or that pennies were on shortage. She did not notify me verbally of this prior to me paying in cash (which I did to avoid the 4% credit card fee). That's essentially theft. You can't keep money just because you're short. If pennies are so inconsequential, then give back the customer a nickel instead. I bet business would put up a huge fit if the customer asked them to just take less than what they're owed. Not only that, when I paused in taking the cash, the woman then goes into the till and says, "I have ONE penny." So... essentially you lied first about not having any pennies, and you're still short on giving me my change. Can you imagine taking your grandma/nona's $5 to the candy store, then coming back with a receipt that you spent $1 but don't have the rest of her change to return? Absolutely not.

They had the corn dogs in the menu as well. We ordered three of the mochinuts and Thai iced tea with boba for myself. Prices were similar to other stores I had been to. The donuts were soft and very tasty. The tea was decent, but I was shocked that top 20% of my cup was empty just because I said no ice. Since the store was busy, staff members were trying their best to keep up with the orders. Despite my disappointment with the drink, I is still a good place to grab some delicious sweet bites and drinks.
