I ordered a dozen "bundtinis" online on 12/23/25 for pick up on 12/26/25. Pick up time options included 3 pm or even as late as 4 pm. I chose the 3 pm pick up time and prepaid via cc. I received a rude voicemail at 2:51 pm telling me the store was closing at 4 pm. My daughter was already on her way to get them. She arrived at 2:58 and was again rudely told the store closed at 4 pm (it wasn't even 3 pm yet). Apparently the clerk was the same person who left the vm; she stated to my daughter she "even had to call and leave a vm." What? Again, THIS WAS AT 2:58 pm. Perhaps someone needs to explain to this store how online ordering works, and that YOUR BUSINESS offered 3 pm as a pick up time, which was 60 minutes before your closing, and that a simple "thank you" is customary rather than a bizarre lecture a full hour before closing. While the product was good, I'll likely spend my money elsewhere. read more

As a Bundts texture should be it was the perfect amount of denseness along with a very generous portion of frosting which many normal cakes lack. I would recommend really any flavor but if I had to choose my top three it would have to be the white chocolate raspberry, red velvet or confetti as for the seasonal the lemon raspberry or blueberry bliss get them when available because they don't stick around for long! I paid a little extra for decorations (too cute to pass up!). He really loved it, especially the flavor. I have sampled their chocolate chocolate chip and the white chocolate raspberry.
