Dirt cake : Store staff recommended this. She said it started to sell today. It worth to try it! This is also seasonal menu, I guess. There are three different textures in flavor. Big Shout out. We are out of state and delivered a birthday assortment to our daughter who lives on campus. First time away on her birthday. There was a mishap. Human error but they made it good immediately and personally delivered the assortment. My wife didn't catch the name of the employee. I've never typically been a huge fan of bundt cakes but someone at work had brought some in and I was blow away by the variety of flavors, how moist the texture of the cake was, and the perfect taste of the cream cheese frosting. After trying them for the first time, I had to come back to try more of their flavors. The red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, strawberries & cream and carrot cake are my faves! I have developed a small addiction to Nothing Bundt Cakes! I first heard about this place when my husband brought home some goodies from a catered event, and they were delicious. From what my husband brought home, I tried the lemon and raspberry bundt cakes. We tried to go here one night after dinner at Valley River, but they were closed. This time we made it a point to stop in here first, and we tried the key lime bundt cake. The store is located behind Red Lobster, and really obscure. If you aren't looking for it, you'll never find it. Which would be really frustrating, if I hadn't heard about it through the catering aspect. Because I literally would have never noticed the location. We walked in and were immediately greeted. Staff was super friendly. We mentioned having never been there, and just wanted a minute to wander around and see what else they had available. They have some neat stuff for celebrating events like a baby's first birthday, cards, a really cute apron, and some other stuff. The staff was more than patient while we checked everything out. My second nephew will be born soon, so I'm keeping the baby stuff in mind for next year when he has his first birthday. Like I said, on this trip we ended up with the key lime bundt cake and ate it as we walked back over to the mall for our movie date. I have yet to be disappointed by anything I've eaten here, and that always makes me happy. The bundt cakes are moist, delicious, and super flavorful without being too sugary. The frosting is amazing. My husband and I picked one to share since we still had to do dinner and a movie, so didn't want to ruin dinner with dessert. After eating it though, I would have been perfectly fine with ruining dinner with dessert. Lol. I wanted to go back in and try every single one until I ate myself into a diabetic coma and died as a very happy fat kid. The bundt cakes really are just that good. This is a place that will become a new stop every time we go to Valley River Center from now on, as a nice little treat to ourselves to enjoy and (hopefully) share. Different flavors and sizes and the prices are very reasonable. Service is prompt and courteous. The facility is very clean and the flavors are very good. I started on a small carrot cake bundt. Cream cheese frosting and a moist cake. I just polished off a small blueberry bundt. The aroma of blueberries was strong and the flavor was unmistakable.
