Fun! My 2&1 year old had a blast at Notasium. The snacks you could buy there were a plus as we were traveling all day and they were hungry.

I like this place. Although my kids usually last at most an hour and 30 mins. Bring socks.

She was too afraid to go down the musical slide since it was so tall but was more than happy with the smaller slide!

We came here for open play during the heat wave for our two year old to work out some energy. We especially love the low stimulating environment and the fact that the space is for kids five and under so we aren't constantly having to watch out for other kids running into ours. We had so much fun and will definitely be back again!

Okay, everything about this place was incredible. I was truly blown away…read more First of all, it's super clean. We came here at a 3pm on a Monday afternoon and there was maybe one or two other guests playing there. It was a quiet start. Even with the uptick in guests later on, the employees were consistently cleaning up after the children and putting toys back to where they had originally been. It's $12 per kid with adult and $4 per additional adult guest. They don't currently offer membership options but they do have discounted Open Play package plans available: 4 play sessions for $44, 8 play sessions for $84, or 16 sessions for $156. They are designed for children aged 6 months up to 6 years. I absolutely loved the music they played which can best be described as low-fi and chill vibes all around. Just as an example, El Michels Affair- C.R.E.A.M. I can honestly say that this is the first time I've heard music sampling Wu-Tang at a kids play place but I ain't mad about it. There are classes on Mondays and Fridays for the "older kids" aged 3-6. The room looked super cool. They start off with a circle time style stories and songs then move off to the (baby) gated area with multiple sensory play experiences set up on tables. They've got a "calm room" complete with sensory sequined pillow and other touch opportunities, puzzles, books, glitter tubes, and noice cancelling headphones for kids feeling overwhelmed or needing to decompress. There is a variety of robots/toy cars/bugs on shelves on the left hand wall for kids to play with in the quiet (calm) room. The 2 bugs are the only ones that are not remote control operated and can be played with in the main play area. Ask an employee for help and they will unlock the cabinet and provide you with the remote control and instructions for how to operate these toys. They've got wi-fi, classes, so much fun stuff everywhere, and a food and drink area that offers kid snacks for purchase as well as complimentary coffee and tea for the adults! Amazing. Everything about the Wonder Lab is so thoughtfully designed. It is such a cozy and fun and welcoming place and you can really see and feel the effort put into the play space. All the spaces are utilized so well and with varying themes throughout (outer space, arctic felt wall, etc). I could go on and on. I love the Wonder Lab!!!

Fee alert: Why are they charging a $10 "administrative set…read moreup fee" for lessons? This is literally their job. These nonsense micro fees today are just cash grabs. And that tells me a lot about how they operate overall.

I am sharing a factual account of my recent experience with DEC…read more The property is beautiful and most instructors, esp Taylor, are skilled and professional. The problem is limited to the main coordinator. The inconsistent information, the refusal to be forthcoming, and the decision to penalize us for an honest review reflect poorly on her role as the public face of the business. A straightforward, professional conversation about availability or placement concerns would have been appreciated. Background: My daughter is a beginner/ intermediate level rider. This is where our experience went downhill: Members since spring 2026. I offered to pay for the 8 weeks we would be away in June/ July to hold her spot. The main coordinator declined. That is their right, but it was a clear refusal to reserve a paid spot while freeing up horses which she stated today, is a big challenge of theirs. Upon return, I was told there were no openings for lessons at my daughter's level. (Note that my daughter's classes typically had just her or 1 other child.) The online signup calendar also shows MULTIPLE available spots at that exact level. This never happened when we were members 8 weeks ago --the calendar was always accurate. When I expressed interest in leasing instead, the same coordinator immediately stated that leasing spots were also unavailable at her level. This story changed within an hour as I have 2 comms from the same morning where she offered leasing. After I posted a review (which I voluntarily removed within mins because the tone was harsh), I was told that because the review was not positive and showed we were unhappy, my daughter was removed from the waitlist. That we would not be able to be part of DEC. I have attached the communication as documentation. I have requested a conversation with the owner and will update this review as to if they respond. All of this was easily avoided by taking the 5 mins to pick up the phone and calling the customer firsthand. But after several chat and email messages days apart, I was the one who had to pick up the phone. I had to wait for comms while trying to just get this figured out. Me. The customer. If there were concerns about skill level, it never came up. But if that was the issue, it's her job to be honest about it. Not give the constant runaround or inconsistent replies causing more confusion to the situation. I wish Taylor the best. She is a great instructor and the kids really respect her. Very disappointed in our treatment. - TLA
