A younger girl tried helping me out, but she was new so no blame on her not knowing store specifics. I showed them the tracking updates that the package was delivered 5 hours earlier and was received by Kathleen, who was there and said she didn't receive it. She then started to play it off and told me to come back on Monday to check again and saying maybe the driver accidentally told me it was delivered, but left it on his truck. She said I would get an email saying my package got delivered, even though the email I was already showing her said that it was delivered. And due to the value of the item it has the new updated detailed tracking. I went into the store twice and not once did Kathleen offer to check my tracking number or offer any assistance, just attitude and blaming others. It is now Monday and my dad went in and got help from a younger guy who took 5 seconds to check the tracking number and saw that because of the value of the item it would be in a more secure storage area and not a P.O. box, come to find out IT HAS BEEN THERE SINCE SATURDAY. Horrible service, I'd rather drive to Stevenson Ranch.
