A family member had a medical emergency and I needed to get some documents notarized. KC was quick to respond and was very professional and accommodating. She knew about the COVID-19 procedures and had experience with Torrance Memorial where our family member was located. She made special arrangements to meet me to pick up the documents. Due to our family member's condition we had to wait several weeks before getting the documents notarized and KC was on top of everything when we were ready to move forward. As we got closer to the signing day she coordinated with the hospital's case manager and was able to get everything signed. Because the documents were extremely important she met me in person -- with a mask, of course -- to hand them off. Ok, first off KC was quick and very convenient! I looked up notary near my house and she showed up as the first and closest one to me. I was thinking at first that I'd come to her since she was less than I mile from my home. But she said she'd come to me. She was at my home in under 5 minutes. It's a great service BUT I was shocked when she billed me $60 dollars for the service, after she had already stamped my stuff. I was shocked! So much so that, I choked up in disbelief. I'll agree, that I should've asked her the price before she came over but I literally never would have imagined that it would be so over priced. I feel so ripped off. I can see if she had to sit n traffic and drive for miles but like I said, she showed up almost immediately after we hung up the phone. I'm sorry but that was really just not ok. Sorry KC. I didn't find the prices reasonable at all. She wanted to charge a $25 traveling fee for 2-3 miles! And she charges $10 a signature which is the going rate everywhere. Maybe she's good if you are desperate and it's off hours. read more

I needed a notary to visit my uncle, brother and me on a Sunday. My uncle was dying of cancer and we needed to have him sign a durable power of attorney while he was still able. I tried several notaries who claimed to work the weekend but never picked up the phone or returned my calls. KC picked up the phone on the very first ring and said she could drop by whenever it was convenient for us. She arrived promptly and was extremely professional and compassionate. She saw that my uncle was dying and I could tell that she was moved. She tried to joke around with my uncle and even got him to chuckle. She was very good about making sure that he was aware of what he was signing, and was make the decision to sign the document voluntarily and without coercion. This put me at ease. She was also familiar with the documents and helped walk us through everything. Even though I am a lawyer, I was an emotional wreck and appreciated KCs guidance. I highly recommend KC. She was prompt, compassionate and caring, and her weekend price was very reasonable. My uncle recently passed away.
