KC Jones was the best notary I've worked with over the many real estate transactions I've participated in. She answered on the first ring and arrived at my office 20 minutes later. Some of the forms were a bit confusing to me but she quickly made sense of the forms and guided me through the signing in a very professional and efficient manner. Her fees were very competitive as well. I highly recommend Notary on Wheels and KC Jone! Kyle Wolverton read more

KC Jones is professional, punctual, and delightful to work with. Thanks KC, will definitely hire again. :)

KC was great. She came to notarize documents on a Sunday and was patient as we modified the required documents

KC is phenomenal and a pleasure to work with! I hired her to go notarize a couple of my client's documents which she was willing to make time for immediately and head over 20 minutes after our call. I cannot speak higher volumes about her customer service. I was shocked she would make herself available so quickly and help me in a rushed situation. On top of that my client made an error on the document that I discovered after the fact and she was again willing to work with me to remedy the situation even though it wasn't her fault. I will definitely be sending her all of my future notary needs for clients I have in her area. Top notch service! read more

So convenient! KC comes to you and notarizes documents within minutes. I really appreciate her kindness and honesty. She immediately refunded my money for an accidental charge without me asking or even noticing. She arrived promptly to my massage studio inside Salon Republic this morning and helped me get notarization on a very important document. Her prices are affordable and her professionalism is great. She accepts credit, cash or checks. I will definitely contact her in the future and refer her to my friends family and clients. read more

If I could give KC a 10 star I would. KC provides an excellent service. We needed a notary for documents my friend (who is in ICU) needed signed. Wow, KC was amazing to work with! She was so responsive to my first call and went out of her way to be at the hospital. She handled the situation in such a professional and kind way - she gave such comfort to the family with the way she treated the entire process. We needed her a 2nd time and she again went out of her way to be at the hospital at the designated time. KC is more than a notary - she is a person who cares and is kind. Thank you so much KC for what you provided my friend and the family. read more

KC is the best!! She returned our call within 30 minutes of us finding her on YELP and was able to accommodate us within an hour of the request. She was fast and efficient, followed responsible covid precautions by wearing a mask etc. She is very dependable. We'll definitely be working with her in the future! xx read more

A family member had a medical emergency and I needed to get some documents notarized. KC was quick to respond and was very professional and accommodating. She knew about the COVID-19 procedures and had experience with Torrance Memorial where our family member was located. She made special arrangements to meet me to pick up the documents. Due to our family member's condition we had to wait several weeks before getting the documents notarized and KC was on top of everything when we were ready to move forward. As we got closer to the signing day she coordinated with the hospital's case manager and was able to get everything signed. Because the documents were extremely important she met me in person -- with a mask, of course -- to hand them off. Beyond her professionalism, KC was very thoughtful and understanding given our medical circumstances. I highly, highly recommend KC and can't thank her enough! read more

Ok, first off KC was quick and very convenient! I looked up notary near my house and she showed up as the first and closest one to me. I was thinking at first that I'd come to her since she was less than I mile from my home. But she said she'd come to me. She was at my home in under 5 minutes. It's a great service BUT I was shocked when she billed me $60 dollars for the service, after she had already stamped my stuff. I was shocked! So much so that, I choked up in disbelief. I'll agree, that I should've asked her the price before she came over but I literally never would have imagined that it would be so over priced. I feel so ripped off. I can see if she had to sit n traffic and drive for miles but like I said, she showed up almost immediately after we hung up the phone. I'm sorry but that was really just not ok. Sorry KC. I've learned my lesson from this experience. read more

KC was great. She responded to me promptly and was very professional. If you need a notary, I recommend her 100%

KC just left my house. She was right time. She met with me the day after I called at the exact time that worked best for me. She even caught a discrepancy and added an addendum, so that our paper work wouldn't be held up in the courts. She also is very kind and very professional. I will be using her again. I throughly recommend KC. read more

I didn't find the prices reasonable at all. She wanted to charge a $25 traveling fee for 2-3 miles! And she charges $10 a signature which is the going rate everywhere. Maybe she's good if you are desperate and it's off hours. read more

I needed a notary to visit my uncle, brother and me on a Sunday. My uncle was dying of cancer and we needed to have him sign a durable power of attorney while he was still able. I tried several notaries who claimed to work the weekend but never picked up the phone or returned my calls. KC picked up the phone on the very first ring and said she could drop by whenever it was convenient for us. She arrived promptly and was extremely professional and compassionate. She saw that my uncle was dying and I could tell that she was moved. She tried to joke around with my uncle and even got him to chuckle. She was very good about making sure that he was aware of what he was signing, and was make the decision to sign the document voluntarily and without coercion. This put me at ease. She was also familiar with the documents and helped walk us through everything. Even though I am a lawyer, I was an emotional wreck and appreciated KCs guidance. I highly recommend KC. She was prompt, compassionate and caring, and her weekend price was very reasonable. My uncle recently passed away. I want to thank KC once again for making this terrible experience much more tolerable. read more

Sue came out for KC Jones / Notary on Wheels and knew what she was she was doing. We had two signing packages that had been confused and mixed together by the title company. Sue calmly sorted it out and we managed to save the signing and the deal. Good pick if you have a difficult job. As good as it gets. read more
