I called Ed's and they told me they could come out to look at it, but because my home is now outside their service area (it wasn't when they installed and serviced my doors and openers in the past) there would be a travel charge of $75. I agreed and a technician was dispatched to my home to evaluate the damage. I was also charged for an hour of labor (about another $175). I was told someone would get back to me with a repair estimate but weeks went by without a response. I contacted them and I was told they would get back to me. I've waited nearly two months now and still never got a response. At the very least they could have just told me to go elsewhere for service, but instead kept me hanging. This is NOT the same company I've dealt with in the past.

Need to get my garage door fixed. I was having issues with the cables and springs. I talked to Leo…read moreand set up a time for him to come see the situation and what really needed to be done. When he arrived he asked what issues I was having then he looked and made suggestion as to what liked it need. Ended up replacing springs, multiple cables and the pulleys. He also reprogrammed the door opener, lubricated the tracks, the door rollers and retightened all the bolts. They also prove a 3 year warranty on parts and 1 year on labor. By far the best deal price wise for the service that I got. I would recommend him and would use him in the future if need be
