Casella is responsive, professional, and provides quality workmanship. They not only refitted my system with a new garage door opener and roller, the the tension springs were adjusted. Everything worked like clock work until someone unintentionally turned the power off in the garage which rendered it non-functional. Although this was not Casella's fault or problem, I called on them and learned that the owner would handle this issue just as dedicated as he was with the original call. His door installer was on time, had all the gear needed, finished right in the window he had promised, set up and checked both doors for the lifters, and cleaned up everything they brought or removed. At 39 weeks pregnant, one of our garage doors stopped working reliably. Naturally I panicked about the car getting trapped and called someone immediately. Jesus came out and he and the other man he worked with that day (sorry - name escapes me) fixed the problem and took several steps to ensure the door has a long life. They gave our other door a once over, helped me change the code for the electronic pad, and replaced the emergency lock that opens the door in case of power outage. (We moved into the house about 6 months prior but hadn't taken care of this stuff yet!) They made sure I knew what they did, how much it would cost and what to look for in properly calibrated door with good springs. I am much more knowledgeable now and feeling much better knowing our cars won't be trapped. read more

I randomly called Casella. I couldn't have made a better choice. I was nervous because as a woman I feel that I would get ripped off.
