I imagine under normal circumstances it may not be so easy to get a reservation last minute so I do suggest planning ahead. Their staff was friendly and helpful when we arrived to check-in. Our excursion was led by someone on their staff and they guided us through the area onto some cool trails and roads. The drive was scenic and we all had a blast. For future four-wheeling excursions, I suggest goggles or sturdy glasses/shades, a scarf to block the wind and dust, and good shoes for safety. Our tour guide made sure we stopped and enjoy some awesome views overlooking the canyons and mountains and for some memorable photo ops, too. In April, there was still some snow on the ground, so the weather was perfect for the drive.

We had no issues with the vehicle and they supplied the helmets, goggles and a cooler with ice and waters. We had tried to research where to go but the interactive map guide was great. The staff also helped us pick some trails and tried to text us with closures. All in all - great family memories. We booked two ATVs that each fit two people. The staff were very flexible with timing and allowed…read moreus to push our reservation back by about 30 minutes, which we really appreciated. When you arrive, you sign a waiver and watch a safety video that goes over the basics before heading out. They provide helmets in a variety of sizes as well as goggles. Unfortunately, the goggles I received had a broken cushion. I didn't notice until we had already started the ride. I was able to push them up and keep them in place, but they should probably check through their equipment and replace items that are broken or worn out. There are two main routes you can take and have plenty enough time to do both: * Outlaw Jeep Trail: this trail is mostly flat and takes you out to the Honanki Ruins. There's a $5 fee to park your ATV there if you want to walk over to see the ruins. It's about a 10-minute walk round trip and a nice quick stop. There are also restrooms there, which is convenient. * Diamondback Gulch: this trail is much steeper and more adventurous with sections that go straight down and straight up. It's definitely the more thrilling of the two. They provide a map and a sheet with step-by-step directions so you know where to turn and stay on the correct path. They also have their phone number posted on the front of the ATV in case you need to call for help. Some feedback: 1. Replace or remove broken equipment. 2. It would be helpful to list suggested speeds for both courses. One driver was going around 30 mph, which felt a bit fast for the flat trail, but I wasn't sure if that was considered safe or normal. 3. Clearer instructions on the trail loops would help. We weren't totally sure if we completed the loop, and we noticed people entering the Diamondback trail from two different spots. Overall, the staff were very friendly, the ATVs were great, and the whole process was smooth and easy. It was a really fun experience. Four hours was a little long for me as a passenger, but I still enjoyed the adventure.

I did originally call to rent a Jeep from a different company, however I had a very nasty experience with that person (which I wont mention here), so I called Barlow. Also, Mary at Barlow provided printouts of trail maps and helped me out according to what I advised her I wanted to do.

I kept thinking we'd be over time or perhaps get lost on our way to the trail. No idea why but my mind was thinking worst case scenarios. Once we arrived, the girl inside answered my concerns regarding the trail and made me feel more comfortable when she explained how easy it was to get to. I was happy that Sedona ATV was conveniently located quite close to where we needed to go for Devils Bridge. Once we were outside, the explanations were quick and assumptive. The guy finished and i asked my husband, do you know what you're doing? .....the answer was "Nope" He hadn't understood a word the guy said! LOL Fortunately, for a guy I'm assuming certain things come natural and obvious so he quickly figured it out himself even as a first timer. Overall, we had an awesome time with no setbacks and/or issues.

I highly recommend the all day 8-hr experience. A friend and I got to see views of Sedona you can't see any other way, caught almost every trail and had enough time to do the Devil's Bridge hike and Shaman's Cave. If we didn't detour to catch Sedona Mago Retreat and take a couple long meal breaks, we would've definitely seen a lot more. When we got to the place Trenton, John and Alex all helped us with routing our trips, hooked us up to the app which made it super easy to navigate as well as a paper map, showed us the cheapest package with the online discount, and even hooked up a cooler with ice for food along the journey. They've got all the small details covered to make you feel comfortable exploring the unknown in those ATVs. I'll definitely be back!

They picked us up from our hotel, made several stops including clean bathroom breaks and couple gift shops. Overall, the tour was amazing. Although we only spent 45 minutes at a horseshoe Bend, we were able to take some awesome pictures and walk around. But definitely the highlight was Antelope Canyon. You can only go on a tour here with the Navajo guide and our guide Ray was fantastic. We spent about 1.5 hours at lower Antelope Canyon. He really made the tour fun, informative, and he took the best pictures. The photos do not do it justice. The experience was just unreal. Each term that we took we were in awe. The downside was our tour guide Brandon. Although he was very friendly, he didn't seem that knowledgeable. Maybe he was having an off day but there were a couple times that he stopped mid sentence while telling a fact and even ended a fun fact with blah blah blah to finish up his sentence. At one point, he even started chewing on a candy or something while hooked up to the microphone. This was really annoying. We still had a very great day just a couple things that didn't make it a five star experience. Did you have a lot of options for tours and their office is located centrally in the uptown area.
