When trying to explain that we did not want in store credit, she would talk over me, and acted as though we were bothering her. Zero customer service skills much less any persuasive skills to try and show us the possible benifits of an in store credit. Instead she showed no interest in us or our issue. Beware when ordering an out of stock item from Menards. If it comes to you broken the manager will treat you like garbage for trying to return it for a refund.

Then they cut it onto the pieces I needed. I got out of there with exactly what I needed for just a couple of bucks. They have hardware items such as tools, paints, etc. but not as extensive a selection as found in the Ace Hardware in town. Definitely enough for most building projects. The place is located to the east off the main north-south highway so you need to know where you are going. Don't know? Not to worry. You can hardly get lost in Spooner!
