The work was fast and they really got all the small details right. I'm talking right down to making sure all the hose claps were lined up. Sadly 4 months later I blew a head gasket. Promptly took my truck back to Kyle and team. Kyle told me they were really busy and it would be a while before they could get to my truck. Since I was so impressed with the work they had done for me in the past I decided to just leave it with them and wait. As we all know it is hard to find a diesel shop that really cars about the work they put out. When it came time for my trucks time to get repaired the called me and said they were starting work on my truck and wanted to let me know the other problems they found. I wrnt right to the shop and they were able to show me that my injectors were bad and my water pump was leaking. They were also able to show me what cylinder the head gasket leak was on. I figured while the cab was off my truck id have the starter replaced too. They did that for the cost of the starter! All in all Kyle and team have a loyal customer for life! I have read some of the reviews and a few of them sound like customers you couldn't please anyway. As someone who does most of the work on my truck myself these are the only people I would let under my hood. Most of the shops near my home in Seattle were asking for $350+ for the job. I spoke with a nice lady on the phone initially and was told the turnaround time would be a week, or less if I needed the job done quickly. Ken's is only open M-F and closes at 5 but they do sometimes work Saturdays if they have to. When I arrived at their facility I spoke with Allan who quoted me $250 for sandblasting, epoxy and powder. Initially he said it may take 2 weeks but may be done in a week if he can. Less than a week later Allan told me the bumper was done and ready for pick-up. The whole transaction was quick and the quality of work is really nice. They plug up all the threaded holes before coating. Finish came out with a medium texture black which looks really nice. None of the little crevices were missed. Now I'm a little hesitant to take it through the bushes because it looks so good! I'd recommend Ken's. They specialize in coating anything from auto parts to industrial/commercial pieces. Talk with Allan personally and see if he can beat the price of their competitors.

We were referred to Aircare USA to have our air ducts cleaned. My husband called and asked for a…read morequote. He was sold on an "air scrubber". I asked him what that meant, he said it was like an air purifier. He was told we would be only paying for the air duct clean and the product itself. He was originally quoted $800 for the cleaning and the air scrubber for a $1600 package deal. We have an Aerus Air Scrubber cut in and installed into our HVAC system. As I walked in the door that night from work, I said, "why does it smell like an ozonator in here?" He asked me what that was. I explained that it was something that sucks the oxygen out of room to remove strong orders quickly. Companies that do Bio-hazard clean-up and restoration commonly use these machines. I am very familiar with this smell, as I have been in property management for 15 years. In fact, I own a small one for vacant homes. Ozone machines can make people very ill. My husband immediately notified Jim, the owner, that my son and I were smelling this odor and were getting headaches and our eyes were watering. It's important to note: we experienced NONE of these symptoms before AirCare USA. Jim claimed that they do not use ozone as they tried that once and he knows its bad. He had no idea what we could be smelling. Maybe it was the "sanitizer" they spray in the machine. He asked us to give it a little while longer. A week passed and still the smell was there and we were even more sick. I got on a step stool and unplugged the machine. When we called to ask them to remove it "100% Customer Guarantee" they pushed us out weeks. The day before the appointment I called Jim and asked how we would be reimbursed. He told me it would be up to Alex and he wasn't sure how much but he would cut us a check. Late that evening I received a text telling me we were not receiving anything back. During the appointment, Alex told my husband we would only see a refund had they been able to get their money back from the company. My husband asked why we should be on the hook for $1600 for something that was making us sick, Alex asked why HE should be on the hook for it. They buy these units in bulk and can't return them. He also said there was nothing in the unit and he has no idea what we would smell. As Alex was leaving my husband had to ask for our piece of equipment back that makes us sick, that they were going to take and not refund us any money. We have a patch in our HVAC system, you cannot find this model number of air scrubber on the internet anywhere and we are still out money. This was our experience with AirCare USA.

I was promptly provided with a detailed quote, and PMG explained thoroughly what each product would be used for. During the day of service, PMG Restoration applied sealant super thoroughly and neatly throughout the bathroom ceiling and did an amazing job cleaning the exhaust (I could tell the difference right away - my bathroom cleared humidity much faster after the cleaning). I get neurotic about people coming over with shoes on, but PMG was so thoughtful to use shoe covers inside the house, and did a good job leaving the bathroom clean when they were done.
