When I first arrived at Highline, I could barely walk through the door. The therapists I met were Cheryl and Daya. The majority of my appointments were with Cheryl, and she was absolutely amazing! In less than 3 months with two appointments a week, I was back at full force. I'm 81 years old and can now easily walk miles, work in the yard and lift weights. I was sent home with 4 sheets of exercises that were designed by Daya. And last but never least, if I miss a day of the exercises, my body hurts!

Due to a history of orthopedic problems (fractures and sprains due to 'floppy' joints and thin bones), I've been to many many physical therapists. They have all been pretty much by the book, and just tell you to do this exercise or that, and oversee it, and recommend take home exercises. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE…read more I had a stroke and my DR sent me here. I called a month ago and scheduled and gave all my info and insurance. They said I was FINE. Today I was dropped off by hopelink since I can't drive. And I went in to my appointment. Im not able to drive at the moment. I walked in the door. No greetings or warm smile. Just some person that looked like he was in high-school or just graduated that very very rudely said "ummm who are you?" Then wouldn't let me walk over to him and put up his hand to stop me from coming closer. I told him my name. I am disabled and it was very awkward. I wasn't loud enough apparently so he got annoyed and sighed frustrated with me and wheeled his laptop closer to me. I showed him the text they sent me confirming my appointment. He sighed annoyed again at me. Then looked at his schedule. Then he said he saw a note saying my insurance was out of network. Im on medcaide so this didn't make sense . They told me on the phone that it was fine. They never called me and told me prior to my appointment. The kids kept being RUDE and could care less that I was stranded there for the next hour to stand outside waiting for my pick up ride. This is the worst physical therapy with the rudest teenager working here.
