We brought one of our reefer trailers to their shop in Auburn, WA on July 2, 2025, for a full service and paid $1,309.84.
The reefer then failed on a live load. When another certified repair shop (Sunbelt Trailer Service) inspected it, they confirmed that none of the billed work was actually completed. For example, the oil filter was still dated April 2, 2025, the belts showed over 60% wear, and there was heavy dirt and debris indicating no recent maintenance.
Because of this lack of service, we had to pay another shop to redo the work and narrowly avoided an $80,000 cargo claim on a load of blueberries.
We've reached out to the company multiple times and requested a refund, but have not received any resolution.
We're sharing this so that other carriers, brokers, and logistics companies are aware and can make informed decisions before doing business here.
Integrity and accountability matter in this industry! Unfortunately, we didn't experience either in this case. read more
