I was promised better pricing than another local company and that didn't happen. I was promised he was going to source locally and that didn't happen. My stickers were delayed by three weeks. Passed my grand opening. Tyler wouldn't respond with any questions I had or why there was a delay in the first place. He didn't even remember what type of company I had or what I even did. I do like the shirts that were made, but that was because of PB and J textiles. I've worked with them before and they're great. Just go straight to the source. This is a broker company they don't do the work themselves.

At a "Hail-Mary" I reached out to the company asking if I could somehow buy a re-print of the shirt. To my surprise, Jeff (Co-Founder) reached out to me. He explained that they do a monthly run of the shirt I was looking for, for a few aquariums, and that he'd be happy to print and send one to me. Hopefully, you see this Jeff. Long story short: My boyfriend went through the trouble of designing a couple T-shirts on Photoshop. 300 DPI, etc. (We're both graphic designers, we know how printing works.) Shirt 1 was a vector penguin face... simple enough. it was pretty obvious that they cut out the shapes and ironed them. However, the mouth was flipped upside down and there was a visibly difference in the "sheen" of the black parts of the face which created a line. Think of a puzzle piece. Now perhaps they printed the black on 3 separate sheets, but that doesn't mean it's OK for quality. Shirt 2 was a turtle face. For a custom print shirt where the design was originally brightly colored... the shirt print turned out super faded. Also the lettering was abnormally pixelized. Printing normally does that, but this was very obvious and that was not the original intent of the design. Mind you, he paid $60 for 2 shirts, neither which are good quality. Maybe it was his fault for falling for planted reviews on Google... but please take your business elsewhere, like My Favorite T-Shirts, which is also in the mall. Or the internet. When my boyfriend went back to complain (which he hardly ever does)... all they offered was a free T-shirt. No partial refund for a crap job? Seriously guys, you're suppose to specialize in custom clothing.

When I went to pick up my box, I was a little weirded out by the store--sort of a mish-mash of dusty old things. My advice is just go to the website, and try not to look at the store since it's most likely just a storage space =) I'll be calling again soon to order more shirts for sure!

I had a TERRIBLE experience with Dan Cunneen. I chose him for my screen printing project because I…read morethought he had a good reputation, but it turned out to be a huge mistake. My screen design kept peeling off multiple times, which was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. After he messed up the first screen, I took my second screen to him, and we discussed that if this happened again, I would be entitled to a refund for both screens. However, when I reached out to Dan about the peeling issue, instead of taking responsibility for his work, he blamed me for the problems, claiming it was my fault for not handling the screens properly. I tried to explain, in a respectful manner, that the issues stemmed from the lack of care and quality in his work on my screens, but he flat-out refused to consider a refund or any kind of solution. As a business owner myself, I understand how crucial it is to prioritize customer satisfaction and take responsibility for your work. It's part of building trust and maintaining a good reputation. In the end, after I pushed back on his claims, he blocked me from communicating further, which was incredibly disappointing and made me feel dismissed as a customer. I'd like those refunds, thanks. Coming from a young 23-year-old who tries to see the positive in everything, trust me when I say to GO TO ANYBODY ELSE BUT DAN CUNNEEN (ORANJ Printing) for screen printing or any other works. You deserve better service. This was Dan reply to my review: "Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I stand behind the work I provided. The screens were properly coated, exposed, and delivered in good condition, using the same materials and methods I use for all my clients - without issue. I've never once had another customer complain about this process. As a rule, screen printers do not guarantee screens once they leave the shop, because handling, ink type, and cleaning methods - all outside of my control - directly impact screen life. You picked up your first screen almost six weeks before raising a concern, and requested two more screens in the meantime, which clearly indicated the first was satisfactory at the time. When you later demanded a refund (after likely ruining the The screen yourself after letting water-based ink dry on the screen), I declined respectfully and stood by my work. I will not apologize for maintaining professional standards. I wish you well in finding a shop that better suits your expectations." That right there is exactly why I'm writing this review, and if you read it carefully, you'll understand where I'm coming from. I really tried to approach Dan respectfully, but it felt like he just deflected all responsibility onto me. As a business owner myself, I know how crucial it is to prioritize customer satisfaction and take responsibility for your work. It's all about building trust, right? When I reached out about the peeling screens, I thought we could work something out, especially since we had discussed a refund if things went wrong again.
