When we raised our concerns, we were told the issues were outside their control -- which differs from what we've heard from other independent professionals. We felt the communication could have been more constructive and at times came across as dismissive. After several conversations, Mitten offered to replace only certain sections and tint the rest. From what we've learned, tinting is often seen as more of a cosmetic fix than a long-term solution. It may not match the look of a properly poured driveway and could require ongoing maintenance -- not what we expected in a brand-new home. We hope this feedback helps others make informed decisions when selecting a contractor.

Consumer Warning Regarding Prime Irrigation…read more I wanted to share my experience so others can make an informed decision before hiring this company. We signed a written agreement for lawn care services and paid in advance. The agreed-upon services were not completed. After discussing the issue, the owner acknowledged the situation and agreed to refund us $550. Despite that agreement, the refund has not been paid. We have made multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly and have been given refund dates that have come and gone without payment. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in an effort to reach a resolution, but we are still waiting for either the promised refund or a concrete payment plan. What concerns me most is that while this issue remains unresolved, we have been blocked by the business, and the company appears to continue taking on new customers and projects. I am not sharing this to be vindictive--I am sharing it because if I had known beforehand that I might have to spend this much time and effort trying to recover money that was acknowledged as owed to me, I would have made a different decision. If the refund is paid and the matter is resolved, I will update this post accordingly. As of today, however, we have not received the $550 refund that was agreed upon.
