I haven't fully moved in yet, I will next week, but so far my experience has been stellar! Everyone has been so responsive and so nice and very efficient. The process has been very smooth and I have found them extremely easy and pleasant to work with! From my research, these apartments are an exceptional value. They even gave us an invoice for carpet cleaning that belonged to a different apartment! Also to them wear and tear doesn't exist, so they will charge for you for everything possible. Management is slow to respond and unhelpful when real issues arise. Our dog was even attacked by a neighbor's dog, and nothing was done. The neighbor also had more animals than the allowed amount and they still didn't bat an eye. We also reported an abandoned car with no results. They seem far more interested in collecting money than taking care of residents. Don't expect your security deposit back and I have never not gotten a security deposit back. We would never live here again. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere! The rent is cheap for a reason!

We cleaned our apartment very well, up to at least Hilton hotels housekeeping standards which I once worked for. And somehow they still "found" 10 hours of "work" they still needed to "clean". Think that they will wait for you to give them a 30 day notice intent to vacate, think again. I left for two weeks to go home for a bit during summer, only to come back to find our that they thought I had abandoned the apartment and I had three days to find a new place, and they already had my apartment rented out to someone else. Well I find a new place the next day, once I told green tree they then decided I only had 12 hours, not 72 hours as previously told to clean the apartment and leave. Walls and floors are incredibly thin, you will hear everything your neighbors are doing, playing, heck even them walking around sounds like a marching band. And of course yes they will be able to hear everything your doing. If you like your cars suspension don't park here, massive potholes everywhere, parking lot hasn't been worked on for years. Save yourself do not go to these people, they will figure out any underhanded way to get your wallet they can.

There was constant music playing and the grounds were not kept up, there were chicken bones and beer cans everywhere. I had to pull chicken bones wrapped in paper towels out of my dogs throat more then I should have. With that said it has gotten much better. Our maintenance manager Albert is on top of everything. He keeps the grounds clean and checks on tenants like myself regularly. With the ice and snow arriving I have seen Albert out there salting the sidewalks alongside the company who's actually responsible for this task. Im sure maintaining and fixing the units is not an easy task because I've seen how some of these people leave the units.
