I don't understand the negative reviews although they seem to be mostly related to the move out experience. But I can assure you the move in experience was so easy and smooth and everything has met or exceeded my expectations. I haven't fully moved in yet, I will next week, but so far my experience has been stellar! Everyone has been so responsive and so nice and very efficient. The process has been very smooth and I have found them extremely easy and pleasant to work with! From my research, these apartments are an exceptional value. My daughter was new to the area and looked, rather hurriedly, for an apartment during off season rental time. She lived here for a year and a half in two different units. I cosigned for her and helped her navigate communication as she was a first time renter. The management is just terrible and seems to take advantage of younger tenants who do not know better. Their policy is to lock the rental office door and not communicate in person. They require an email or text for any communication and often take a while to respond. The apartments are average. The pool and the "gym" were never open or accessible. Be careful if you rent with them and document and photograph everything. They will do their best to charge you outrageous fees for moving out and administrative fines and "investigations" imposed out of the blue without any shared details. They accused my daughter via text message of leaving trash outside her apartment and told her to clean it up immediately! She was not even home when it happened. Upon move out, we wrote to them asking for clarification on their almost $1000 charge for various items that did not make sense and did not even add up mathematically and they never even responded. There are so many options in Bozeman that there is no need to do business with this company.

There was constant music playing and the grounds were not kept up, there were chicken bones and beer cans everywhere. I had to pull chicken bones wrapped in paper towels out of my dogs throat more then I should have. With that said it has gotten much better. Our maintenance manager Albert is on top of everything. He keeps the grounds clean and checks on tenants like myself regularly. With the ice and snow arriving I have seen Albert out there salting the sidewalks alongside the company who's actually responsible for this task. Im sure maintaining and fixing the units is not an easy task because I've seen how some of these people leave the units.

The rent cost is higher than I would like to pay but as time goes by it just keeps getting more expensive in Bozeman (and probably everywhere in the world).
