But I can assure you the move in experience was so easy and smooth and everything has met or exceeded my expectations. I haven't fully moved in yet, I will next week, but so far my experience has been stellar! Everyone has been so responsive and so nice and very efficient. The process has been very smooth and I have found them extremely easy and pleasant to work with! From my research, these apartments are an exceptional value. My daughter was new to the area and looked, rather hurriedly, for an apartment during off season rental time. She lived here for a year and a half in two different units. I cosigned for her and helped her navigate communication as she was a first time renter. The management is just terrible and seems to take advantage of younger tenants who do not know better. Their policy is to lock the rental office door and not communicate in person. They require an email or text for any communication and often take a while to respond. The apartments are average. The pool and the "gym" were never open or accessible. Be careful if you rent with them and document and photograph everything. They will do their best to charge you outrageous fees for moving out and administrative fines and "investigations" imposed out of the blue without any shared details. They accused my daughter via text message of leaving trash outside her apartment and told her to clean it up immediately! She was not even home when it happened. Upon move out, we wrote to them asking for clarification on their almost $1000 charge for various items that did not make sense and did not even add up mathematically and they never even responded. There are so many options in Bozeman that there is no need to do business with this company.

We cleaned our apartment very well, up to at least Hilton hotels housekeeping standards which I once worked for. And somehow they still "found" 10 hours of "work" they still needed to "clean". Think that they will wait for you to give them a 30 day notice intent to vacate, think again. I left for two weeks to go home for a bit during summer, only to come back to find our that they thought I had abandoned the apartment and I had three days to find a new place, and they already had my apartment rented out to someone else. Well I find a new place the next day, once I told green tree they then decided I only had 12 hours, not 72 hours as previously told to clean the apartment and leave. Walls and floors are incredibly thin, you will hear everything your neighbors are doing, playing, heck even them walking around sounds like a marching band. And of course yes they will be able to hear everything your doing. If you like your cars suspension don't park here, massive potholes everywhere, parking lot hasn't been worked on for years. Save yourself do not go to these people, they will figure out any underhanded way to get your wallet they can.
