Good job to Lou for This is a big and solid mall with all kinds of options and choices and they're not too bad in general, but they do have a few issues on the other hand, such as a lot of very rude drivers and a lot of the stores closing down and some bad traffic, and it can be really hard getting in and out of some of these parking lots because of the awful traffic. It's designed well but probably not for all the large volume of people that comes in and out of this area. I do however like it around here and there is a great boba shop and Vietnamese restaurant here that I like a lot.

I work nearby. So, I come here fairly often to dine, shop, run errands and have desserts. Starts from southeast side of mall, they got Panera Bread, Sally Beauty, Marble Slab Creamery, Kublai Khan Mongolian, Lane Bryant, Sport Clips, Nails Club and Bath & Body Works. Hop over the driveway to another building starts with Party City, Payless Shoe Source, Five Below, Famous Footwear, Old Navy, Ross Store, Pet Smart, Northern Tools and K&G Fashion. There are 2 buildings in the front to house Chipotle, Mattress Firm and Visionworks in one and Brew Wings and Verizon Wireless in another. There are few vacancies. I hope they bring more restaurants here. Highway 290 construction is completed and traffic is getting much smoother than ever.

North Golden Sun is a pretty amazing Plaza which is sort of like Dun Huang, if Dun Huang was not very busy. It's up in between Cypress and Spring on 1960 and you can't really explain why it would be up here - it's annoyingly far from any highway too - but the problem is that it does not get a lot of attention compared to the ones in Chinatown, and even the one in Katy that just opened up - Katy Asian Town. We love the Kung Fu tea here and there are a lot of other good restaurants and stores all around this Plaza, from Yummie (Viet) to Hot Pot and Szechuan, and dozens more, so check it out and see what you think.

Did you know how hard it was to find the name of this strip mall? It's located at 3645 Farm to…read moreMarket (FM) 1960 aka Cypress Creek Parkway. Want to get more confused? Zip code could be 77014 or 77068. So, I asked a store clerk, restaurant owner, security guard and even a local customer who eats at Dulcia few times a month. Oh boy. I finally found it on county record and confirmed with a news article on Chron. I'm just happy for the tenants at this strip mall could actually promote their businesses at North Golden Sun Plaza. According to the article, this location used to house Wal-mart before it moved across street and Sun's Warehouse Club took over in 2015. By looking at this 3-building mall, the building parallel to the FM 1960 was built first. This is why Sun's Club got Suite 100 aka building A. Then, suite numbers grew to the left then the right. On the east end of mall aka building B, starts with suite 200's at Pho Nuong U-Me. The opposite building starts with MetroPCS at 300's series as building C. Here is a quick directory at North Golden Sun Plaza: Front facing building starts with 100's: Jin Korean BBQ, Un4gettable Hair, BB Fajas, Star Shipping, King Diamond, Hong Lan Chuyen Tien (Vietnamese Western Union), Sun's Warehouse Club, The Face Shop, Six Ping Bakery, Yummie and Chez Beignet Wings & Boba. East building starts with 200's: Pho Nuong U-Me, Hou Wei Chinese Restaurant, Ramen Fun, Kung Fu Tea, Cy Fair Pediatrics and Blue Ocean Smoothies. West building starts with 300's: MetroPC, Buzz Liquor, Golden Bank, Dulcia Handcrafted Ice Cream, Pro Stylist, Hunan Cafe and La Ca. Why am I so helpful? I want North Golden Sun Plaza to blossom. Asian people don't just live around Chinatown, we are everywhere. I see potential at this location being 25 miles away from Chinatown. Folks in North Houston could greatly benefit from these establishments. **15th review of 2018**
