There was an advertised sale, a Fourth of July sale, and we drove all the way to Mount Vernon to visit Ned and buy some product on sale. Hubby went in, cause i am disabled, sometimes it's hard for me. But.... Hubby came back empty handed. Apparently the "Fourth of July Sale" that was advertised, was not even on the holiday itself! Ned said there was nothing he could do. NOTHiNG was on sale on the day of The Fourth. It was a waste of our time and energy. But more so, a disappointment.

Could improve communication with us but other than that they were champions. In conclusion I change my rating to five stars! We have a full warranty on the new refrigerator. My suggestions is be wary of all the fancy unproven features, do your due diligence and find out what at hers say, class action and ratings. Again that is a manufacturer issue, DeWaard and Bode, in particular Brennon in the service department really came through. Karl

She added she would charge me $50 for same day service. Mike came that afternoon and promptly determined that it had a failed control module. He said there were 11 each of that part in a warehouse about a 100 miles away. He said if I paid for the part I could schedule the repair and I agreed. Tanya subsequently called and left a message that she was scheduling the repair for July 31 and hoped to have the part by then. I returned her call and I told her that I couldn't see why they couldn't obtain that part in a couple days. She repeated that July 31 was the best they could do. At that point I had no recourse. Mike returned on July 31 on installed the new part and restarted my refrigerator. His performance was very professional. However, I believe leaving me with an inoperable refrigerator for 11 days because it would take that long to obtain a part which was readily available wasn't credible. I understand that their service shop is about 45 miles from my residence. However, I purchased my refrigerator in their store about 19 miles from my house with the expectation that I would be able to obtain timely service if needed. Their performance fell short of my expectations.

But to be clear, that was not their fault just the nature of the service required and the motorcycle.

In the end, I found what I wanted and could afford at Lifestyles Honda in Burlington. WA.; a pre-owned 2018 Spyder RT Limited. I had a slight malfunction on the way home. I called Jake (my contact at Lifestyles) and he walked me through some basic troubleshooting. The following morning, they sent 'Super Rescue' Bruce with an enclosed trailer to pick up my Spyder. Note: I live far south of dealership in Monroe, WA. The shop found a weak battery, replaced it and updated the software. In the meantime, I had worked out a plan to pick up the vehicle on Friday morning. My partner is a bit ill but being a trooper, she would oblige the long trip to drop me off at the dealer. To my surprise and thankful glee, Bruce called me early this morning to say he was on the way to return the Spyder to our home. In my case, I must salute Jake, Bruce, Ron and the staff at Lifestyles Honda for their over-the-top service.

They had walked upstairs thinking it was apart of the stores selection, upon seeing it was full of boxes they walked down and came back to look at the knives near the reels I was looking at. A man that worked at the store ended up approaching them soon after, asking them if they had gone upstairs. They answered yes and explained they hadn't seen the signage stating employees only until they came back down as it was poorly placed against the wall near the stairs and barely visable. He then insinuated they stole and made a show of saying he would check the cameras. Once I stepped in and said my children aren't thieves he then double down and said that they had cameras. I left infuriated leaving behind a 200 dollar purchase with a bad taste in my mouth, safe to say I will not be going back.

I was greeted and told it would be a short wait, totally understandable. While waiting, it became apparent that the customer in front of me had some issue with his (very recent) previous purchase. He was told he couldn't return/exchange it. When the customer attempted to redeem some sort of loyalty email with 10% off this purchase he was told that the server was down. The customer was patient and kind but did say, "Man, I am batting .1000 here! Can't return and can't use the discount." It was soon my turn and the clerk was nice enough and somewhat helpful. He kept having to pause our entire interaction "to vape"; three or four times in our 15-20 minute exchange. That was off-putting. I did make a decision with his help and when I went to pay the server was miraculously restored. It seemed fishy--and a little tacky. The customer restroom was less than clean. Overall is was okay, but not a great experience. There is an "ALL SALES FINAL" sign at the register, and honestly, if I had been in a position to shop-around, I would have done just that.
