Wide variety of stocked products and very personalized (and patience!) service from all staff. VERY helpful in educating and teaching about appropriate sizing and fitting. Large selection of intimate wear also, in addition to bra's. I really appreciated the kindness and help they provided to my friend who was visiting (2018), she still fondly remembers the help and care they took to teach her about the cup and band sizing for her body. Oh my gosh, I have never liked bra shopping, ever. I have been wearing the same bra for years, uncomfortable as it is, simply because I never wanted to go get fitted and deal with trying on a bunch of bras picked out by young, skinny girls at Victorias Secret who don't actually know what they are doing. Wish I would have got the owner's name, but she was incredible. She made us feel so comfortable and everything was easy and even, dare I say, fun! I know, I know! You must think I'm lying. Bra shopping, fun? Nevertheless, I kid you not! She makes me want to go in and buy a new bra every month, honestly, but I know I won't need to for quite some time as the two bras I picked out are sooo perfect. They were between $50-$70 each, a bit pricier than the Walmart potato sacks I've been stuffing my tits in for years, but that's the price I was willing to pay to make my post-breast-feeding-boobs look like they did when I was a teenager. read more

I went here not knowing what to expect. The only strictly lingerie store I have previously frequented was Victoria's Secret - and I had been disappointed in my last few fittings and their quality didn't seem as nice as it used to be. After dealing with an ill-fitting, painful, annoying bunch of bras, I broke down and came here. I didn't want a fitting, but the owner (or who I am assuming was the owner) asked me what size I thought I was - and she said I was very, very wrong. I didn't believe her - because I had been fitted only 6 months prior. However, the size she said was 3 sizes larger than what I had been fit for previously! Sure enough, she did the fitting and brought me a TON of bras to try and she was right! As a larger chested girl, it's really difficult to find cute bras once you're past the DDs. They had a lot of different styles and I'm sure they could order different colors if they didn't have them in stock. I was very happy with my experience here! About the same prices as Victoria's Secret, but with better quality and selection. read more

I stopped by after hearing nothing but fantastic things about the staff and products. I was not disappointed! Maggie helped me find a few bras that I liked. BUT if you haven't tried the goddess strapless you haven't lived! As large chested woman(42h) I am always on the prowl for the perfect strapless. So when I asked everyone was SO excited because they couldn't convince anyone to try it because It looks a bit like cat ears before you put it on! Don't be intimidated by that because it is the BEST bra I've ever owned I want to wear it every day! Amazing customer service! I am post bilateral mastectomy and post reconstruction, unfortunately doing the whole reconstruction process again in April. Reconstructed breasts do not fit into bras like normal breast tissue and I can't begin to tell you how frustrating the process. I specifically needed a front close compressing bra which sounds easy until you try to find one without wires and in a cup size of D or E - oh and I'm 44, so I really want something that is not terribly ugly or looks like a surgical bandage. Sarah didn't have anything on hand but remembered an item from her catalog and graciously ordered in 3 different sizes for me to try and proactively communicated with me on their arrival. Thankfully this one does the trick! The shop may seem small or limited in selection due to size but that is not the case. Not only is there a great selection, Sarah has a great memory and can help you track down options and will order items in for you to try. I have been fitted a few time in my life, and I assume incorrectly as I ended up with uncomfortable bras, she gets it right. In fact I went to Judy's in Olympia and was fitted and purchased a bra that after wearing for a day, feels a little too small in the cup. If you are wondering why I would shop Olympia and Sequim for bras, well... Let's just say anyone post breast reconstruction would understand. It's a not so fun challenge. Prior to this whole breast cancer thing I was a DD-E and wish I'd found this place years ago! Highly recommend Norhwest Bras. I'll be back after this next reconstruction heals.
