Very inefficient on following through on their end with a lot of excuses. I tried to set up automatic payments for a loan and after 3 months was still unable to do this. I submitted 2 automatic payment forms starting in April on 2 separate occasions per their requests, had my bank write a letter that we were the signer on the account per their request, and lastly was told in June that 11 days before the due date was not enough time to set it up. Then the following month (July), the payment still never came out of my account. When I called, the girl gave me a couple of different stories and said she was confused because she deals with a lot of different accounts. After talking to her supervisor, I was told that it takes at least 15 days to set up but all loans must be current 15 days prior to the due date. Ive never had to jump through so many hoops to make sure a company gets paid. I decided to set up automatic payments through my bank instead (Huntington has always been great). Ive lost all trust in this company and after this loan is paid, I will never go through them again. My overall impression is a small unorganized company.
