We referred my Mother in law to go here to get established with a new eye dr. and get to the bottom of an issue she's been having with her eyes. We told her not to worry, and that they'd take great care of her. What an absolutely MISERABLE experience she had, and it has caused us to REFUSE to ever set foot in this place again. The person at the front desk was absolutely rude, impatient, and unfriendly, to say the least. She was clueless as to which insurance was and was not accepted, and seemed to hold the patient responsible for HER lack of knowledge and understanding. Then she made her wait for 45 minutes before FINALLY telling her that the Dr. wouldn't be able to see her today unless she was willing to wait for a couple more hours. This place is a JOKE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This town is too small to be a$$holes to your customers. Get a clue, Montana Family Vision Care!

Both have given me a real improvement in my sight. I can work on my computer for hours without eyestrain. Reading and driving vision is much better with my new bifocals. I want to thank Dr. Mitman again, she really is one of the best eye professionals I've ever seen. If my daughter and grandchildren lived here in Hamilton I would send them to Dr. Mitman. Dr. MCCANN performed a surgery on me called Ectropion Blepharoplasty, it's been a little over a…read moreyear ago. I cannot begin to tell you how I am suffering from the results of that surgery. My eyes are red and tear constantly. It has so curtailed my social life, it makes me so sad I have finally decided to write this review. I so trusted this man, was excited to have the surgery. I remember every minute of the surgery. I wasn't at all drowsy as I was told I would be. There was constant talking and laughing, I remember thinking how can he concentrate? He worked much longer on the right eye than the left eye. He started a suture in the left eye and it was not Anesthetized, I flinched, he asked the nurse to put some Anesthesia in that eye, he continued but didn't work on that eye nearly as long as the right. My left eye results are worse that than the right eye. My present eye doctor suggested I see a surgeon in Bosman that he knows for corrective surgery. But at 89 I am too afraid after this disappointment to try again. My last appointment with Dr. MCCANN left me in tears. He yelled at me and told me he didn't need to see me again! Jacque Thomas
