Had it not been for Hestia, I would not have been able to care for him alone. My husband had been diagnosed with Lewy Body Dementia, was bed bound and needed help with everything from feeding to bathing and RN Cheryl and the CNA's Alysa, Melinda and Sara always cared for him in the most compassionate and respectable manner. What can I say, Hestia kept true to the things they promised in their caregiving commitment. RN Cheryl was always just a call away, if I needed her and she never failed me when I needed her the most - no matter the time. CNA's came in daily to help with daily hygiene. Yes, even on Sunday. They left him feeling refreshed and clean. Eliza's massages always left my husband in a calm & restful state. Noah was a great inspiration with his wonderful stories and wealth of experience. He was there for spiritual advise, guidance, as well as comfort. I am truly grateful that I picked Hestia to help me in my husband's final days. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

This facility is a very toxic unhealthy work environment and the Executive Director is the reason…read morefor this issue. I would not recommend this facility to any family looking for a place for their loved one. The executive director does not pay attention to staff and the staffing crisis, leaving residents neglected and unheard when they try to come forward about problems they may be having. This building is full of family of the executive directer causing staff to feel like they are not able to come to their ED when a problem arises due to backlash they have received prior. The Auberge is a dangerous place for family to bring their loved one when the ED comes to work drunk and crying about her home issues. There were many occasions Tiffany the executive directer would say "I popped a lorazepam" or "I drank so much I am still drunk" and leave work early or cry in her office or bathroom. Tiffany is very unprofessional and unconfrontational. When a problem arrises she will ask someone else to take care of it so she doesn't have to be the "bad guy" or she will ignore the person that came to her with the problem after telling them that she will deal with it later.
