The staff disregarded this, skipped an exam, and said it was normal. I ended up in the ER the next day for emergency surgery due to a failed abortion. When I called the clinic after my surgery, I was told staff did nothing wrong. Blue Mountain clinic made a difficult experience even worse.

What makes this worse is that the clinic has done little to make the situation right. We were reassured there would be no costs to correct the issue, yet I still received a substantial bill. This experience has left us feeling let down both medically and ethically. Patients deserve competent care and honest, responsible follow-through when mistakes happen. We really appreciated Dr. Hutchin's keen eye and thorough exam resulting in an excellent description of his findings in a clear explanation we could understand. The follow up tests he ordered and the efficiency of getting them done at another Providence facility just emphasized the quality of this providers care!
