I want to start by saying that I have always been skeptical about the legitimacy of chiropractic…read morecare. I had no first hand experiences to base this on mind you, just impressions I had developed from hearing the stories of other people who had sought care of other chiropractors over the years. Dr Moore changed that however. I was in an auto accident and after several months of unhelpful physical therapy, I was referred by a physician to see Dr. Moore. I was able to get a quick appointment with him and on my initial consultation Dr. Moore was upfront with this expectations and plan of care/treatment. He explained everything prior to proceeding and made sure I was clear on what was going to happen. He put me at ease and my trepidations quickly turned to tempered enthusiasm for an eventual recovery (something I had lost through months of prior treatment with other providers). I have since recommended him to family and friends (and even a few strangers) and everyone that has seen him as come back to thank me for it. He is also very easy to work with on the financial side of things. Great office, great doctor. Even if you think that a chiropractor isn't the answer to your skeletal ailments, you owe it to yourself to give Dr. Moore a try. Regardless of how old your injury may be.

Let me start this off by saying that the acupuncturists are fine - we saw Heather a couple of times…read morelast year while pregnant and she was very sweet. Also Rebecca was my go-to acupuncturist off and on the last year and a half, and her cupping was amazing but she was a little rough with needles. I've seen multiple acupuncturists all over the US so I'm not new to this. I have been receiving care from them for a myriad of health concerns the last nearly 2 years. The last few months, however, I switched from private pay to VA and I was constantly hearing how difficult it was to get them to pay, contact them for approvals, etc. The administrator, Sandy was who I spoke with today stated I was "ruining lunch" by trying to reschedule and then proceeded to tell me that it would be best for me to find another acupuncture clinic despite my years of regular patronage. Attempting to get any appointment is like pulling teeth and I've been rescheduled on multiple times by them but I've made it work. I've also booked out appointments until mid-August that are all being canceled now and need to be re-coordinated with the VA Choice program. The staff is rude, inconsiderate, and obviously not being paid in a timely fashion by the VA and punishing me because of it. I'm happy to be seeing another acupuncture clinic that has more flexible scheduling, but their treatment of me as a combat veteran was ridiculous. I suggest you go elsewhere if you're considering this place.

It's honestly because of Dr. Lee that I am able to continue my newfound exercise lifestyle. I get lower back pain, sometimes neck pain and I used to have chronic migraines. Chiropractic work has stopped me from having migraines chronically and makes my lower back bearable. I also really like the receptionist Kadek. She has a great smile and an awesome personality. My little one comes with me to my appointment and he sits out in the foyer area with her and plays with his iPad and the toys they have there. He always looks forward to coming with me. If you need chiropractic work or are thinking about having chiropractic work done I highly recommend checking these guys out.

I'd later be told he wasn't coming back with no real reason and then later heard he retired. Dr. Lee, who has taken over, was very friendly but he really put me in more pain than when I came in which had never happened with Dr. Marquardt. I use to leave feeling relief! Candice the receptionist can be friendly at times but her phone manners were not what Holly use to be. I'd call for an appointment and I'd always get asked if I was a new patient. I'd been going here for close to 3 years and I'd normally come in once a month. I get you can't memorize everyone but you don't talk to people that way if you expect them to keep coming back. I have stopped going here and am seeking other Chiropractors.

Not a small feat considering I'm 35 and have been dealing with it for over 20 years! I have a severe (55 degree curve) and never had spinal fusion surgery. Over the course of about 2 months, I have learned exercises and stretches to help correct and strengthen my torso and hips. I'm starting to see and feel changes, and most importantly, I have a better education of how my spinal imbalance will impact my body as I age, and things I can do daily to slow or even prevent its progression. I paid out of pocket to see Jenni because I have an HMO that insurance didn't cover her, but the PTs and spinal doctors I've seen in the past have zero knowledge of the intricacies of scoliosis compared to Jenni. It's worth it. Don't waste years letting your spinal curve progress like I did, the Scroth method is proven to help.
